First and last time I will be coming to this place. Nothing wrong with the service or the product. Any company that finds it appropriate to expect a tip on top of your hourly wage for doing your job is not somewhere I want to go. Tipping to begin with is a disgraceful thing that people need to realize was brought over from Europe for rich people to show off wealth at the expense of poor people. And if you want to make more money than what you're getting paid then find a job that is worth getting paid more to do, not serve ice cream that cost $10 and then I'm supposed to pay a $2 tip at 20%?

Every time I come to this store I never get disappointed. I would agree this would be one of the better cold stone. I am dumbfounded on how the flavor always exceeds the milk flavor that some other Ice-cream parlor. This store gives a more favorable and creamer ice cream then any other cold stone I have been in.
There was a hair in my waffle cone love it size, embedded inside the ice cream. Disgusting.
The door sign is off and the girl serving the ice cream clearly hates her job and/or the costumers.She was not wearing gloves and to be honest that really grossed me out.????
Great shop! Lots of options for those with dietary restrictions (dairy & sugar free). Weekly staple in our family.

I recommend the Cookies and Cream with extra Oreos and coconut shavings in a plain waffle cone.?Very personable, respectful and responsible staff.
this is the best coldstream location in Colorado with the friendliest employees and the one related to it on bowles ave is pretty friendly as well
