Went there today at 3:00 PM no other customers in the store and ordered a gotta love it size. Didn’t appear staff was trained as after i ordered the girl had someone else ring me in. Wanted to use my rewards so she rang it in wrong. Was busy watching what the cashier was doing and the girl mixing my ice cream added the wrong mixin. Asked when she handed it to me if she put the toasted coconut in and she said yes. Got home and not toasted coconut, regular coconut. Think they need more training!

The ice cream is always good, this specific time I was helped by an employee named Jordan, he was really cool and welcoming and stood out as a worker. He definitely is good at his job.
I walked in and was greeted, but then I had to ask who I talk to about taking my order, there were three of them and I walked back and forth confused. I see another reviewer had the same issue. The bigger issue though was the hair I found on my ice cream afterwards.

I was looking for a specific Minnie mouse topper for my daughter's birthday cake. I called three cold stones. None of them had it, but this was the only store the offered to order it! I also gave rough ideas for decorations and they hit it out of the park! Great cake, great customer service, and amazing employees. Would go back in a heart beat.
