The food was excellent. There was a young woman and a young man that waited on us. The young man was very polite and friendly. The young lady kept rolling her eyes and acting like we were putting her out. Luckily the young man was there or my score for you would be much lower. Customers prefer to return to places where they feel welcome..she did not do this.I was there on 7/8/22 at 4-6pm.

I went in today after lunch rush almost 2 o’clock there was a kid standing behind the counter not a single one of them doing anything. Ordered my food the kid at the register didn’t even look at me didn’t even ring up my food I stood there for two minutes all my food was done all I needed was a drink and it took him that long to realize I was standing in front of him to check me out for my food then I got over to the drink station where there was puddles of soda all over the counter ice spilling over the machine because it was so full and the little nozzle to push to get the soda was broken off and just laying on top of the ice that was overflowing onto the floor. These kids need an adult lead or manager on site at all times.
The staff here is rude most of the time. They get irritated when you ask for anything. They get the order wrong and your stuck paying for it. Forget trying to complain management doesn't care and corporate seems to brush it off. Since Covid-19 lossening restrictions watch out! So has there hygiene, seen employees wiping their nose and touching food products and counters. Same with money handling. At least with restrictions they were cleaner. Eat at your own risks!
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! I put in an order and I was told it would be done at 4:40. 3 times the same employee came up and asked me my name because she saw me there waiting for my order. There were at least 8 people working and there were times when no one was in line. I could have gone through the line multiple times and got my order. 20 minutes later I received my order. When I got home and opened my barbacoa bowl, the meat wasn't cut up and was one big clump. Halfway through my bowl I almost broke a tooth because there was a small bone in it. I will no longer be visiting this location.
They got the burritio bowl for my male companion 100% correct but they left off all the toppings on mine when I placed an order online (and I paid for it). He picked up the bag in the store and by the time I discovered that they had screwed up my burrito bowl we were pretty far away and didn't go back to make them fix it because it was snowing really hard. I used to eat at Chipotle all the time in Kansas City (about 4-5 times weekly for years) and never ever experienced any errors and I've only eaten at this one Chipotle in Denver and I'm very disappointed.
Do not order online here. They are so slow and almost never have food ready on time. The portions are also so skimpy, and they constantly forget to ad ingredients. Food doesn't taste bad, but there are way better ran chipotles within a few miles of this one. Don't disappoint yourself!
This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location.Ordered online for pickup at 6pm and showed up 15 minutes after it was suppose to be ready and it’s still not made. There were 12 other people waiting as well. Waited 10 additional minutes(25 minutes after it’s suppose to be ready for pick up). Such a bummer because every time I go to this location the people working there are AMAZINGLY nice and working their butts off every time. Management NEEDS to step in and take care of their overloaded employees, hard working employees and patient customers.
These kids were behind the counter arguing and fighting. The food was absolutely disgusting. The manager, she was barking at the employees like they were dogs. This place has gone downhill, advise you go to another location, but maybe I'll go back just to watch the Chipotle fight club.
Hate ordering online at this location. My son is pretty lame ? and only gets rice/beans/chicken/sc/cheese so I ask for extra rice and beans and this is what I get. Literally looks like somebody may have eaten half of it before they packed it away. Lameee
Poorly staffed Chipotle. Food always good. Showed up a few minutes after my online order was due and came in to high school students audibly bummed about another customer (me). Order was lost. It's fast food. Manager was nice and took care of it right away.
