Came in and it wasn't so busy. I stood in front of the first guy running tortillas rice and beans for a while. He did a mobile order then he just stopped and did nothing for a few minutes. I just stood there awkwardly. He didn't say hello or that they were waiting for a few things to come up. I ordered a bowl with white rice. He scraped the bin for a pitiful amount of rice. There were no black beans and I wasn't given the option to wait on them. I ordered steak and chicken. He just put the chicken on it. By that point I was over it. The cash register employee didn't even charge me for a bowl because there was literally next to nothing in it. Definitely wasn't understaffed there were about 3 kids just standing around back there. No friendliness no hustle no energy.
Food was good but you call this a full side of quaso for $4? That’s pathetic guys.
Looks like their new manager likes to micromanage. I asked for a littler bit of white rice to be added inside of my quesadilla. The staff informed me that they're not allowed to do that. The manager was lingering and making the staff obviously uncomfortable.Too bad he's more concerned with a power trip than customer service.
This location is amazing. Whoever is running this location deserves a raise. They are always consistent with portions and always friendly. I would drive across town just to visit this location. Amazing job to the manager and staff.
Honestly, this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle! I’ve been to probably over 100 different locations across the country and it was a nice surprise to walk into a spotless location with smiling staff who were all very friendly and happy. The ingredients were all perfectly prepared and portions were perfect. I will happily continue to drive 20 minutes out of my way just to have a good experience.
Another branch of Chipotle. You never go wrong with thier bowl ?. Love how the standard and taste is the same across all branches.
Maybe it’s just bad luck but I always have what seems to be a timid trainee at the start of the line and no one there to assist them when they become overwhelmed. My food is poorly put together and usually has half scoops. I get more salsa than I do chicken. Please help the new hires into the transition.
Definitely meets the usual Chipotle high standards. Clean restaurant and pleasant staff. If you enjoy Chipotle, this outlet is as good as any :)
The food is good but the server on the line made me wait almost ten minutes while she cleaned the floor behind the serving line while they were still open, i would understand if they were about to close but this was like 7:45 PM.
Never order delivery from this location. Worst food quality I've ever had at chipotle. I will never visit any location again after this abominable experience. I paid $50 and got less than a full scoop of chicken. Between 2 burrito bowls. These guys are crooks and can't cooks.
