This location didn't seem the most planned out of far as parking lot goes. The lines get super long and it get difficult to maneuver through the parking lot. The staff is friendly though and the food is great.

Qualification: I am a Chick-fil-A advocate. I love chicken and I like companies that stand by their principles. BUT, the Belmar version of Chick-fil-A leaves me tiny, unrequested surprises. By that I mean food I didn't order. I'm taking Pepto right now for the unfortunate substitution of a spicy sandwich for my regular sandwich. Pepper burns. If I were still at the restaurant I would ask for a replacement. They'd say, my pleasure. All would be well. But I'm 20 minutes away. I have history with this restaurant. If this were an occasional situation I would not rant but it happens more than half the time, no exaggeration. I've even started checking the order in the drive thru to make sure there are no unrequested substitutions. Problem was that this time they cleverly disguised my spicy sandwich in the bag of a regular sandwich so I didn't catch them in the act of mixing it up again. Could be that I am extraordinarily unlucky. It's just that this only happens to me at the Belmar restaurant. Anyways, eat Chick-fil-A. It will make you healthy, wealthy and wise. Support Chick-fil-A. They're good people. But double-check your orders at Belmar, especially if you're allergic to pepper.

Last week I ordered lunch curbside on the app. I noticed I didn’t receive my entrée. But not till I got home. I immediately called the store. I talked to a male worker. He told me not to worry. I can go get my salad and a few coupons for my inconvenience. He said he was going to write my name down and I can stop by whenever. I asked if he needed my order number. He said I would be fine. Flash forward to today I went in to receive my salad and coupons. The first employee seemed very annoyed with me. She asked a supervisor. I explain what I was told. She also acts super annoyed and inconvenienced. She asked if I remembered who I talked to and if I received a code. I told her I was never supplied with a name. I pulled up my order to show I did come in and that she knew the time and date. She then asks who I’m assuming was the manager. She was the rudest of them all. Extreme attitude. She basically accuses me of lying after asking a few male staff if they remember talking to me. Eventually she scolds me saying she will never do it again but gave me the salad. For a company the prides their staff and customer service I have never been treated so poorly. By all staff. Side note no one told me “My pleasure”. I will never come to this location again.

Just ordered through Uber eats, upon delivery our salad had fried chicken when we ordered grilled and receipt clearly shows grilled.Chick-fil-A said it wasn’t there responsibility that we needed to call Uber eats but for what ?Chick-fil-A won’t fix the order when Chick-fil-A clearly messed up when my wife now can’t eat the salad and pregnant great job !I will not go back to any Chick-fil-A glad she saw before eating could be way worse!

Restaurant is great but as a a customer my husband goes there to pick up woman. But He is a married man So hopefully the managers move him along. DENNIS is my husband and 64 picking up younger woman. Shame on this older man using a great place. He's 6'2 skinny and wears light tan shorts and today a fish shirt on back and light yellow. Olson picks up woman there. Wouldn't the managers move him on.

We love the 30 pack of nuggets. Consistently delicious. The line is long but they move fast.

This pains me to post a poor review of my favorite restaurant chain, but this location need some help. The lines are super long and the parking lot is a mess. They have 8 "curb side pickup" spots that are rarely used, while the rest of the spots are full, and the drive through line has no where to go, but into the street. Maybe they are doing the best they can with the spot, but the parking lot is a real cluster.

This Chick-fil-a has really friendly staff, very clean bathrooms and their inside is open for dining. Food tasted fresh and had the Chick-fil-a speed!

We love Chick Fil A! But this location is the worse we’ve been too. Service was very slow, did not say “my pleasure” or welcome, one girl was standing around talking, she was out of uniform by wearing a short mini skirt and she was loud. I ordered a parfait and it had 3 blueberries and 2 strawberries. One thing Chick-fil-A is known for is consistency. This location needs more training.

Always taste great ? That's why the lines are very long lol. No complaints here ?
