I have both positive and negative feedback of this Buffalo Wings location. On the positive side, me and my friends received great service, and the wings were fantastic. We received our drinks and orders in an expeditious manner, which was very much appreciated. On the negative side, when I went to use the Men's restroom, it was hygienically a disaster. The restrooms and all other areas of the restaurant need to be thoroughly cleaned and hygienically maintained.

It was draft night, playoff basketball and hockey. Very busy but waitress / bartender was great. Quick and very nice. Update: had very few servers. Only reason not a 3 or lower is because the servers are doing great trying to stay above water. Serving times were a tad longer than should've been, food was good and attitudes were up
If you are a burger lover then you need to order the Smoked Brisket Burger. This is by far the best burger I’ve ever had PERIOD. It’s like my mouth died and went to heaven. And the cheese curds are also top quality. The wings are great, the fries are meh, but when everything else is so sublime it’s not a concern of mine. Love this place
This location has been above average every time I have been in. This time I just stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was great and bartender was very friendly. Which was a nice change of pace compared to most places. Usually the bartenders aren't very friendly...
I normally don't write bad reviews. My boyfriend and I always come here after this time I don't think we will be coming anymore. Waited over ten minutes to even be acknowledge. We sat down the table behind us no one was there and the table by the kitchen no was there. After 10 minutes both tables finally had people and they were getting their orders taken before we did. Finally the bartender came and got the order. This used to be a great place to eat and now quality of food and wait staff has gone done hill.
This Buffalo Wild Wings has by far the WORST service ever. I came in and sat in the bar area, all of the staff passed me up about 10 times and neither of them said anything to me or helped me. Another table of people came in to sit in the bar area as well and immediately they were helped meanwhile I was sitting there for about 30 minutes. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were so busy, but for them to have helped another table that came in way later then me was super rude. Their food is almost always cold whenever I go there as well. I left to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in River Point and within minutes was helped regardless of how busy they were. I suggest making the drive there just to get better service and better food.
This location is know for messing up your orders. Nothing new here. However, the restitution for making things right this time was just insulting.They shorted our 30 wings order by 4 wings, then they charged us for carrots and celery (after I told them nothing extra, just what comes with the order - 6 sides).I called in and addressed it with the management. I was told that they will remedy the situation once again.The remedy came in the form of SIX free wings (gift card).Let me break this down: (6-4=2)They gave us TWO free wings to offset the overcharge of $2.40 for sauce and to remedy the dinner shortage/mess up they caused.This is trully a new low, "we don'e give a rip about our cutomers orders."AMAZING!
Worst bar tender I've ever seen. Got dozen wings-hot and had a half beer left. I proceeded to finish my beer quickly then had to finish my wings so they wouldn't get cold. Never got another beer. Sat here with finished wings, no napkins, no beer....never asked hiw things were and if I wanted another beer. Damn near walked the check. Manager was no help either. Won't go back to this one....ever.
Placed our order for food/appetizer/beverages after waiting for about 15 minutes m. Ordered two appetizers when we ordered our beverages. One appetizer can out before food and the other came out with some of our food. We ordered two of the 20/20 wing Bundles. The 1st bundle came out with a flavor we didn't order and it took almost 30 minutes for the 2nd wing Bundles to come out. Our waitress didn't even ask if we needed drink refills; I had to ask her for it to be refilled....and then she forgot. For the $113.00 I paid I expect better service
Honestly the upfront staff are very nice and accommodating, the problem at this restaurant is that the kitchen can not keep up with the orders during peak times. I've consistently had to avoid some really good orders for delivery from this restaurant due to outrageous wait times. Just add a few more fryers and maybe an extra employee in the back, it'd go a long way!
