Stopped coming here a few years back because of the awful service and quality. Came back a few times since, and sit in the bar area because I really like the cauliflower wings. I still got pretty awful service. It's ok. For the Avs game last night, tried ordering online, but it wasn't working, and was directed to call the store. Was on hold for 10 minutes at a time, and had to keep calling back. Finally got through. I get it, busy....got a wait time of 40 minutes for Togo. No problem. We get it. Came in, after 40 minutes and was told another 20 minutes. Still tipped 20%, but food was cold. Not sure how it works when it wasn't ready, and then when we get it, it's cold. Pretty laid back people, tip properly, and wait. Sorry for the rant, but this will be the last time we ever come back. I don't think it's an issue with employees, but bad management...50.00 for cold mediocre food. Extremely disappointing and wanted to give you a chance.
Place was dirty, several tables had not been cleaned off... girl up front just ignored us did not even say hello or welcome, so wasn't sure about how our meal was going to be. Was seated after about 5 minutes after someone finally came up. Server started out great... then one order never came out. Asked about it and was told they are working on it. After about another 10 minutes they brought out something totally different than we ordered they took that back and we asked for our order to be put in a to-go box. Everyone was finished eating and the order still hadn't been brought out. Finally had to track down our server and ask for out ticket and cancel the order that never came out. We paid and as we were getting up to leave they decided to bring out the order on the tray not even in the to-go box. Told them we cancelled that. As we were leaving walked by the kitchen and they had probably 6 people just standing around laughing not doing anything.
I wish I was making this up, as I love wings, and I love BUFFALO WILD WINGS. But last Wednesday I went in for 10 traditional wings and I have regretted it ever since. I fell ill Thursday night, with fever, cold sweats, and I had the absolute worst stomach cramps you can imagine. It had me running to the restroom every half hour, all night…. Unfortunately, as the days have passed it hasn’t gotten better. I had to get an at home IV which gave me a boost so I could get through the weekend to see my doctor. As Confirmed.. it is food poisoning!! I haven’t been able to eat anything other than bananas and apple sauce for 4 DAYS!!! Shame on you management!!! Something was off about the chicken when I bit into one of the wings, it had that real potent chicken taste, but not the good kind. I did check to see if it was cooked all the way, but that should have made me back off… Won’t be making that mistake again! If I can even eat wings ever again after all of this is said and done. I’m in agony and it was 4 days ago… ugh!!! I guess I should have read how the back of house is being managed before taking a risk. First time with food poisoning and it sucks!!! Learn from me, BEWARE!!
Over an hour wait for one sandwich at 9PM. I work in restaurants, and I would have fired someone. They made my delivery driver wait 40 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable, and the food wasn’t even what I ordered. This cold disgusting excuse for food went right in the trash. I could have driven to the store, got the ingredients, and made my own better burger in that time. Simply pathetic
Phenomenal service from Kyle! I went in an hour before close and I didn’t wanna keep anyone there excessively long but the staff was all so accommodating. I’ll definitely be back
It doesn't matter which BWW we go to the service is always mediocre. The food was good but the weight staff isn't as attentive as they could be. We were never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks and once our food was dropped off its a if we were invisible for the rest of our time dinning.
The food is like any other regular old Buffalo Wild Wings but very great service. A kid messed up my order he was new they gave it to me completely for free they rushed it literally took a minute I had to insist on giving them my money and they still wouldn't take it very great service 10 out of 10 I'm fine with mistakes they handled it great especially that lady.
Well, took 30 minutes for appetizer combo, told they had to heat cheese for ultimate nachos, came out cold and no chicken. Bartender didn't care, manager was clueless, got water refills no problem. Cold nachos not so good, mozzarella sticks luke warm, onion rings hot. Seems if you dont buy alcohol you are the 3rd person on a date. This is why I dont go here often anymore, quality and service are subpar 2 out 3 times I've been there in last 6 months. Employees are nice not rude but attention to parties of one lack care. Hope they get back to caring again.
So we had a wait time of over an hour (ordering online) which was expected. Then, when getting to the restaurant, we had to wait another 45 minutes at the restaurant after someone "took" our order. A huge order by the way. The "guy" don't know his name, not manager was rude and didn't even offer anything or even apologize. That is some real "service" if you ask me! At least the front end hostess was nice.
I did the bogo boneless wings. The Asian wings were great. Also got medium buffalo and didn't know that they don't sauce them with Buffalo sauce anymore. They use a Buffalo dry rub that is not very good. Lesson learned.
