THIS PLACE IS NOT REAL! If you dig in the website, it “exists inside of Dickey’s BBQ” but even then, we ordered online, I drove to pick it up, they said they don’t accept online orders. Not only that, but when they asked me what I ordered and I said a burger, they went “oh yeah apparently we don’t sell the burgers.” We got charged online, they couldn’t refund me in store, so my money is just out floating in the abyss. They told me I needed to “call the company to get a refund, I guess.” I know it’s not the in store employees’ fault, but it shouldn’t be possible to spend money, order online, get a confirmation email, and then be told half an hour later when you go in to pick up that the whole system is a sham. 0/10. This needs to be fixed.
Ordered from Big Deal for the first time tonight. $30 worth of food. This location is in a Dickeys BBQ. It was 8:50 and they close at 9. I know, Karen move to order that late. I went in and asked for a Big Deal Burger order for Kimberly. There was only one order on the counter The girl there looked at the receipt on the bag, said "here it is. Have a goodnight." I grab it and head home. She looked at the receipt so surely....as a worker at this location...she saw my name and gave me the order. Oh, no. No she didn't. I received a door dash order for Dickeys that was $18. When I went back to take it in, everyone was gone. So now I have to wait until tomorrow morning for tonight's dinner. Absolutely ridiculous.
