The pizza and wings at this particular location was good but the lady on the job on the day myself and my coworker went was Not cordial at ALL. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me for people who choose to be public servants so to speak that there attitudes aren't in alignment with public service. If you don't like your job you shouldn't be there. If you don't like (people) then you shouldn't be in a job position working where you have to deal with the general public. Customer Service requires professionalism and courteousness, no, a customer service position shouldn't come with being abused or disrespected, there should be Respect on both sides (Customer Service/Patrons). Plain and simple, if you can't treat people with Respect in a cordial environment in your establishment, then find another profession. Your not right for serving people.... Truth is the Truth....
I have never wrote a complaint about any food place before but this was the worst over the phone customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got charged $42 for a pizza I canceled and that I did not receive and when I called about it the person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me and when I called back to give my information to him so the owner could call me back about it he was even more rude towards me than the time before.
Originally I ordered a half pineapple, ham and half pepperoni, greens pepper anyway long story short I ended up with three pizzas with too much cheese and not quite enough sauce. But a really weird story that might be too long to share. But I definitely recommend them they have a rather large late night menu and friendly staff.
Been going to this location, since they opened the doors. I've seen lot's of their pizza, shakes, & soft vanilla & chocolate ice cream cones. In that time. Watched the parade of individuals come, and go. The good, and not so good employees. But hey, how much are they making? And their not going to probably retire, as the store, or regional manager. With Big Daddy's! But, when I order the same pie. That I've been getting since they opened the doors there. And, it's almost $9.00 more. Plus there's 30 to 40% less toppings on it. And, I speak to the person who's made it. And, she'd all proud of it! I was so mad.. I turned around. And left. No more Big Daddy's for me!
Just got home from having the police called on me because i wanted a refund where the staff sarah was not only belligerent but the staff name called and call the police. Sarah informed me that she had privilege and i was trespassing all because she forgot to put sauce on my pizza. The police were nice but there was no refund. I have never felt so low. If you like cheesticks with air bubbles this is your place cause they definitely do not serve pizza
I ordered a pizza at 6pm and specified an 8pm pickup time. Not sure what the point of a later pickup time is since my pizza was clearly cooked at 6pm when the order was placed. The cheese was like rubber. When I came to pickup my pizza, all of the workers were in the back and even after making eye contact with two of them, it took over 5 minutes to be helped. Disgusting, unsafe and a waste of money.

Received incorrect order. Called and asked for the correct order, manager accused me of trying to get free food. I couldn’t even eat the original pizza because I can’t eat meat. Joke service.
all I can say I think this is the worst pizza I ever ordered. $30 with tip under cooked. I should have went to Safeway and bought a frozen pizza. I will never order from Big Daddy again.
The pizza was good although way way way too much cheese. There was hardly any tomato sauce if any at all. The price was decent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I do recommend it if you don't have high expectations for your pizza and you have to be a cheese lover. I'm talking 80% of the pizza was cheese no joke.
