Incredibly RUDE staff. Very poor takeout experience. When we called in to place our order; the staff kept interrupting us as we tried to place the order by adding rude/snarky comments. They wouldn't let my girlfriend order anything spicy, they kept saying "No it's too hot for you. You can't order." But when I myself asked for the same dishes, "No problem we can make that spicy for you." When I asked for the total cost of the order they were annoyed and just kept repeating: "Food will be ready in 15 minutes." They refused to give me my order total over the phone, which I found odd. When we came in to pick up our food, it took 25+ minutes past the promised pick up time. The staff was RUDE from the moment I walked in, up to the moment I left. They told me that I had to either sit down or wait outside because "Customers won't come in if they seem you waiting by the entrance for service." The most bothersome was the difficultly we had trying to place a very simple order. This impression definitively stuck with both of us.
Finally, I found an authentic Thai restaurant in Denver, owned by two Thai sisters who care about their food. They made many ingredients from scratch. I had somtum (papaya salad), grilled beef salad, green curry, ยำแหนมข้าวทอด, fried banana, crispy pork with basil. They were delicious.Since they do everything themselves, sometimes it can be hectic. I suggest to go off lunch/dinner hour.
First two times were amazing. I finally found a great Thai restaurant who did drunken noodles right! This time was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Asked us to wait an additional 10 minutes for our food and the medium we usually get was the spiciest medium we’ve ever had- we couldn’t even eat it. Called to let them know and was argued with for 10 minutes saying they cooked it medium and refused to do anything. They then set the phone down while I told them how ridiculous this was and they just let the phone sit in the background. What a disgusting representation of business… find somewhere else who takes pride in their food and takes care of their customers.
We've been here a number of times, generally on a weekday evening for dinner. It's always clean and whatever Covid protocols are in place are being followed. They do a brisk takeout business.Lots of excellent choices on the menu and you can get it insanely spicy if that's your thing. I like HOT food, but the medium is plenty for me unless I'm in the mood for something to scorch my tastebuds.Services is consistently friendly and attentive. Portions are good for the price, and most dishes are gluten free (or easily modified). Highly recommended.
Best Thai food in America and I have had and I have traveled to all the major cities in the US and UK. Very fresh and authentic. Amazing owners who make sure you have a wonderful meal.
I have tried every Thai place with good reviews in a 20 mile radius. This place is by far the best. Their wonton soup is amazing. So is their tofu pad Thai. (I normally don’t eat tofu but theirs is really good.) I have not tried anything from here that I haven’t loved. Everything is really fresh and cooked well. The owner grows and dries the spices herself, she is also really nice. I am always begging my fiancé to get this place for dinner multiple times a week. Seriously, this place is amazing. Highly recommend. I would give 6 stars if I could.
The food here was great! Cute atmosphere inside. The owner was very kind & cared that her food was high quality. I ordered the Pad Thai & it was very tasty.Portions are small, I have to say I was still a little hungry when we left. Drinks were very affordable. My suggestion for the restaurant would be to have some music playing in the background- it was a quiet & made private conversations difficult. Otherwise, great experience! Loved the food.
The staff was very rude and the food was mediocre at best. If you're going to be rude and charge MUCH MORE than other local Thai places, then your food should at least be decent. I would recommend steering clear.
We ordered the pineapple curry, pad see ew and tom yum. We didn’t care for tom yum (too sweet/too much fish sauce) but the other dishes alone made up for it. I ordered medium on the pad see ew and I’d peg it at a hot for other places I’ve been too. It would order it exactly the same again, but remember to check that we were not out of milk prior. The curry was very flavorful and otherwise amazing.I don’t know about the other dishes they serve, but the pineapple curry and pad see we were excellent. If you like sweet and fishy, the tom yum would do, not our style though. We’ll be back for sure.
We had the egg rolls and spring rolls they were both phenomenal our server was very sweet and the food really hit the spot with the spice and freshness of the food we will absolutely be back!
