This place had good customer service, good food although some of it was getting cold, but sort of made me uncomfortable as my order was being taken by a young lady with lots of big piercings and sort of tall, kind of randomly what I believe was a manager pushed her out of the way and started taking my order even though I enjoyed how the lady was treating me. he seemed to give unnecessary attitude and i don’t think he had a reason because his voice was quite low and monotonous. I feel it should’ve been made known because I’ve never really dealt with this sort of thing while having my order taken and it made me feel really weird because I couldn’t do anything, I really don’t like when younger fast food workers are treated like this because I’ve been a young fast food worker in the past and i remember making simple mistakes and being ridiculed for them. Idk but I think his name was ryan? ron? it’s not that huge of a deal but I hope other people leave reviews if worse things happen.
This place is a joy to come to. The staff is courteous and hard working, and the food is top rate for a fast food restaurant. Thanks, John
Not aloud to upgrade meals to large here. Or the employee was to stoned to figure it out. Garbage Arby's.
Store was only handling drive thru service, losing many walk-up & dine-in customers. Went to Burger King instead.
So went through the drive thru and the sweetest girl took our order and gave us our food. Today Monday the 13th of june. The receipt doesn't give us her name but thank you for being so kind and sweet! Doesn't happen very often anymore!
The lobby is not open for customers without cars only drive thru is open... Kinda disappointed..
Look at this garbage they served me at Arby's on Colfax for curly fries it looks like something they dug out of the trash
Waited 5 minutes without being acknowledged in the drive thru. Dine in closed. Waste of time. Why have posted hours if you’re not servicing customers during them?
I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and they messed up my order and gave me something different I called to let them know and the guy was nice about it he told me to go back when I had a chance so I did and when I went back the person at the window told me to let them get the manager and I said that it was fine I can wait and when she came to the window she was really rude and arguing with me that she clearly heard my order and I heard her say to the employees to give me what i wanted really snaughty and then she didn’t even apologize for the mistake and had the employee hand me the food…
It would have been more stars, but apparently Arby's has decided to discontinue thier signature triangular potato cakes, bummer you guys kinda ruined the Arby's experience a bit with at one...
