We were here after the lobby closed, but they let us inside. We had a small group, but they allowed us to use the restrooms. They went out of their way to ring up our orders, having to use the drive thru register, having to walk back and forth quite a few times. The whole time the Arby's team smiled and genuinely made us feel at home. Amazing employees, awesome servers, and really great guys! Thank you guys for going above and beyond!
They are always nice peeps, I have no complaints every visit has been magical except once they had no horsey sauce but that was only one time .. they let you sit inside and eat so that's cool and now the packets are out in the lobby so you don't have to feel weird bothering them for more sauce

Love your food and service. But why are you guys doing the pre recorded drive through greeting? It's horrible. Also, full price for a cup of water? Not only are you one of the few places that actually charges for water, you are the ONLY place I've ever been charged the full price of a soda for water. My Arby's visits are dropping fast.Eta: paying a third party to immediately respond to your reviews doesn't make you look like a better or more caring company. All the details you need are in the review. Do better.
I normally don't leave fast food reviews but the customer service that I received today from Rizzy was a good 6 stars out of 5. It was an absolutely top tier experience that was comparable to the nicest restaurant staff I have seen at guard n grace. I don't even eat the meats because I am veg, just stopped here cause my roomie was hungry. She recommended the Mac and it was absolutely immaculate. I would take her advice on anything. She deserves a raise. The two small market fresh llamas were delicious. Alpaca bowl of truth on that one if you know what I mean.
sandwich was made a little bit messy but they made it right quickly and also refunded me with no hesitations overall great place to eat!
I had order a gyro from here, halfway through the sandwich I felt something hard as I was chewing. I found plastic in what I had been eating. ABSOLUTELY GROSS. Not only is that a health hazard it could harm someone! I won’t be coming back hereEdit: the manager was extremely nice and handled it well, refunding me For the sandwich.
I usually enjoy my sandwiches from Arby's but I tried the fish sandwich this time. It was pretty bad. The fish was a strange gray color and the bun slathered in mayonnaise made it soggy rather than crispy. It was so tasteless. My advice as a fish lover would be to use a nice white fish and instead of bland mayo and tasteless lettuce, put some zesty tartar sauce on there! And maybe pickles. Or coleslaw. It needs flavor!And by the way, getting rid of the potato cakes -- big mistake!
Not great!!! We have been here several times and it is going downhill! Customer service was very poor and they were out of a ton of things on their menu. We did drive thru, ordered 2 French Dip Sandwiches, 3 Brisquit Sandwiches, some sliders and a bunch curly fries when we got home (which is a 5 minute drive) all the Sandwiches were ice cold!! 1 Brisquit, actually had a chunk of ice in it and 1 Brisquit sandwich first bite in had plastic in it!!!
Just went through the drive thru and asked for a chicken wing meal. Got up to the window and Eric only gave me wings, even when I asked for the meal & when bringing the concern up he just said ugh okay? He seems like he doesn't like his job very much! This usually is a nice location to come to but not today.
