First, after standing at the front door for 10 min. We seated ourselves in the bar. We were scolded for seating ourselves and given a glass of water which we drank for the next ten minutes before someone finally came to get our order. The bar tender, who took our order, decided to wash dishes instead of getting my long overdue drink order. Finally I got my drink. After drinking most of it over another long wait for food, my steak came out looking like they scraped off an old boot soul. I ordered it med rare. Terrible meal experience!

Holly was an amazing server. We didn't have to ask for anything! We got the riblets, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, the Oriental salad and donuts, because it's donut day!!Everything was spot on!!Thanks Holly!Kat & Tim
This is the best Applebee's that I have ever had. We ordered two entrees and two appetizers, plus a hard cider. They were slightly short staffed but you really couldn't tell. I was more than happy with the speed and quality of our service.
2 stars because it is an Applebees establishment but definitely not the best we’ve been to. After 2 separate visits to this location we noticed that each time there hasn’t been a real bartender working so the drinks weren’t the greatest. They seem under staffed so I don’t blame them but still not the best. Food was pretty good each time and served at an okay amount of time. We watched a few people come in and wait a while just for to-go pick up orders
I went to this store a couple years ago and was told their not closed, but that they don’t have anyone to work. Today I decided to try again. Big mistake! Asked for no croutons in my French Onion Soup. Had no idea this meant no cheese either. Also ordered classic blackened shrimp Alfredo. Little to no sauce. No flavor at all. This would be a great place for a restaurant!. 100% every visit is messed up!
1 1/2 hours here, had to get remake to go. Ribs were both cold and burnt. Mac and cheese was a soup/bland. Ordered the burger medium(red inside) was cooked well, still tasted good, just not as ordered. Server(Leah) was great.
I got say service at this Applebee's on Colfax (Lakewood) was amazing. The food was alright... I got a chicken finger platter. The only other thing was there was a group of women that were very loud. The table next asked the manager to ask them to chill, seemed to work. All-in-all good experience.
The service is very poor here. After ordering appetizers, we waited a long time for our dinner order to be taken. I had to get up twice to ask for refills on water and iced tea. We waited an extended period of time for extra Ceasar dressing until I got up and reminded the waitress. The restaurant was slow. I won't be back.
The stakes are always so fatty and the food is never fresh off the grill. Loved my margarita though, the waiter was on point w that at least. If I wasn't paying I would have complained about the steaks quality
Tonight I made a to go order and the people who made my food did an excellent job! My steak shrimp chicken tasted amazing! I hope this place keeps people that can cook the way they can. Called the manager to make sure he recognized them.Because people need that confidence and happiness I. Their lives. Be proud of what they are doing. So if I can make just 1 person feel good cause they made my dinner the way I asked I will. People are so easy to Complain but won’t take the effort to acknowledge the good. I hope these cooks go home feeling happy with the way they did their job today. Good job!!!!!
