Last night 06/23/2022 @10 pm, my sister and I had called to place our order. We were on hold for 15 minutes with what seemed like a refusal to answer the phone. We decided to drive in person. Upon entering restaurant we were met with eye rolls by a young Hispanic female who was clearly closing down sauces . We informed that no one was answering the phone . She told us that’s because they close soon. The closing hour was 11 but she was clearly admitting to refusing to take in orders an hour before close. She informed us we could only get boneless. At this point I was uncomfortable with her preparing our food and asked my sister what she wanted to do. My sister then asked this girl for the GM’s info. The girl claimed she was the GM very matter of factly. My sister asked her , her name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag which also felt intentional and unprofessional. She indentured as Michelle. We told her thank you and proceeded to leave when she very tauntingly and sarcastic you told us have a nice night laughing. I have never felt so disrespected by someone who absolutely refused to do their job. We weren’t asking fir much other than what is supposed to be offered by an establishment. FOOD!! This girl was clearly extremely lazy and if she was a manager clearly should not be in any management position. I’ve worked in the restaurant business my whole life and every manager I know is looking to take care of guests and definitely doesn’t shut down a restaurant an hour before they technically close. Extremely unprofessional. We eat there all the time as they are our favorite. Due to discomfort we won’t be back or putting our money in an establishment with such poor behavior by employees as this is not the first attitude we have received by female employees in the highlands ranch wing stop location. It’s disgusting!
I go to this location and I am discouraged from ordering food by the staff. “Just so you know our minimum wait time is 30min” the staff are mutes with horrible customer service. The trash is overflowing on the patio and my order was wrong. I give everyone the Benefit of the doubt, but the employees work ethics at this location reflect from management.
Took over 20 minutes to get my order, employees were not helpful and seemed to be bothered by the fact that they had to interact with customers, and my order was wrong when I got it.I understand that when you first open the store there's a lot that need to be done, however when I asked why it took 20 minutes the employee gave me a very lazy "that's just our wait time", when I have NEVER waited that long before at any other Wing Stop when ordering MORE than I did today.Not happy, not a good experience at this Wing Stop.
Ordered inshop waited 35 minutes, asked for an update on my order. The reply was think were working on it. I walked out no refund needed, I want my 35 minutes back for sitting around after a hard days work to be given the finger! I would of waited if given an actual time estimate.
I told the lady it was my first time, but she had no advice other than to read the menu. Extremely slow. Best to order ahead or wait for 20 minutes.
Save your money. Order the Double Crunch wings from Applebee's. I'll start by saying I prefer breaded wings, which is what I thought these were, so that's on me. For my mistake, I'll give them 3 stars instead of 2.... I think Buffalo Wild Wings has the worst wings on the planet and these are even worse than those. Plus, for delivery, these aren't really faster or cheaper than anywhere else where you can get better wings. The garlic Parmesan wings were greasy and lacking flavor. The sauce flavor on the Korean wings was ok and definitely had some kick to it. However, the skin was so tough it just grossed me out and I didn't finish eating them. I suddenly imagined myself eating sad mass-produced chicken from some factory farm like Purdue or Tyson and completely lost my appetite. The voodoo fries were tasty but totally mushy because they were sauced at the restaurant. I probably won't ever order from WingStop again unless I'm really desperate. I will say, the website was easy to use and my wings arrived in the promised time of 40-50 minutes. I selected contactless delivery and wasn't super happy when I had to step outside onto my front porch, in my pajamas, to retrieve my order. Just put it right in front of the door bruh ??♀️ $25 for 10 wings + voodoo fries + side of cheese sauce (definitely the kind out of the giant tins at wholesale grocers).
I tried the orange Szechuan chicken thigh bites and they were delicious! I'm not sure the bites were actually chicken thighs though... they felt like regular boneless wings. We ordered lemon pepper thighs which were maybe a tad over seasoned so they were super salty.
I went on 1/17 around 1pm. 2 young workers ignoring me waiting to pick up my online order. Busy looking into an insomnia cookies box and listening to music; even after they saw me. The worker doesn’t give me the drink cup I paid for. After asking for it: I go to the drink machine and ALL options except one diet soda are empty from the machine. The worker wouldn’t give me a refund for the drink and claimed there was no manager present. Fries super soggy. Will not be returning.
This place was insanely good. I love it here great service wonderful people. Fast food.
Great experience last night . Karla was very friendly witt my kids. I feel welcone. Nice place to eat wings. The best wings i ever tried
