Just left this Wendy's without food. We were the only customers in the restaurant and we stood at the counter ready to order for almost 5 minutes and watched 5 employees tell each other we are there and listened to them argue over who was going to take our order. Only 2 of them looked like they were actually working. No one even said anything to us. So we walked out!
Thursday 07/14/22 @ approximately 3pm. HORRIBLEI ordered food on the Wendy's APP to be picked up at the Wendy's @ 9365 Hepburn St, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, I ordered on my phone while at the Target store across the street, prepaid for the food. I drove over within 10 minutes, after arriving l looked at the APP, it said to tell them at the drive thru when you arrive, got in line (20 minute's later) got to the speaker told them I ordered and paid already on the app. When I got to the window I told them their process was terrible, why even order online if you have to wait forever for food you bought and paid for long before even going to the store ( I told the young man it wasn't anything personal to him ) he started getting agitated so I asked to talk to his manager, he said the other young man at window was his manager, (he wasn't) said well he's my boy?, "(( he said complaining is a good way to get your food spit on ))", slammed the window, he said I refuse to help you, I sat at the window until a manager finally did come to the window she was mildly apologetic assured me my food had not been spit on, said she made it herself, as if that made me feel better, 30 minutes to get 3 cheeseburger deluxe's. I threw in the trash. Please avoid this Wendy's. My experience was far worse than even written. I would have gone in but my back was hurting so bad I couldn't walk in.
This place is so BAD! Cold food, I didn't think that was possible and they will NEVER get your order right. Love paying $9.44 for small cold french fries since the rest of my order wasnt even edible. I called and the girl on the phone said, "we're trying to get better" no apologies. No wonder that place is empty!! Never again!!!!
Google asked me to review this place. It's a Wendy's. They got my order right and weren't rude to me and that's all I'll ever ask of a fast food restaurant.
I would give 0 star if I can. We were the only car here and still need to wait for a half hour to get our food.When we get home, guess what?! They messed up our order AGAIN! Last time they didn’t give us nuggets and told us unless we drove back we can’t get our money back. This time both spicy chicken sandwiches are non spicy, and the regular nuggets we ordered for our 3-year-old, we end up got spicy nuggets. The bacon cheeseburger is totally a joke! I don’t expect to get what’s shown on your commercial, but you can do better than this!It’s our 5th or 6th time ordering from here, they never made things right once! Shame on us for coming back to this Wendy's again.
Have never had a good experience at this Wendy's. Last time I went I ordered a biggie bag, the employee on the speaker did not answer my questions or complete my order. When I got up to the window, they tried to charge me over $25. When they finally got my order correct, I paid and they forgot to give me my drink and I had to ask for it. The crispy chicken BLT patty was so dry and rock hard I could not eat it.
This is by far the worst Wendy's! They never have frostys, the machine is always down or they are cleaning it. Lemonade machine down always, food is dry or burnt. Employees just playing around the time, usually rude and don't care. The drive speaker says headset not working pull up to window. Then they mess up the order when we are the only vehicle there at 8pm. Inside was full of smoke and the employees we all laughing about it and acting like it's a damn playground. This place needs to be overhauled or just shutdown. Please save yourself the headaches and terrible experience and go else where! We love Wendy's but this is far from Wendy's. Please corporate come take care of this place. I don't review but this place needs help bad
Went here around 8pm tonight 5/5/2022. They were out of everything for the apple salad. Then they were out of the frostys... when we got to the window they were clearly cleaning out the frosty machine early. Not a good experience.
Avoid this location. The service here has deteriorated significantly over the past year. Over the past few visits, they have been consistently out of ordinary food items (such as French fries or chicken sandwiches) and consistently slow. They are seriously untrained and seriously understaffed. We had three cars in the drive through line ahead of us and had ordered ahead online. It ultimately took us 24 minutes to receive our food. At the window, the staff member told us they hadnt received our order, but after searching for a littlr bit, was able to find it. While we were waiting at the window, they had a car in front of us pull ahead to wait for their order also. Putting them at about the same wait time. When we asked for a Frostee, they only had vanilla available.Once in awhile, they have a staff member that is friendly to take and give my order, but the other one or two people working working appeared unmotivated and disinterested in working, so the problem may also be with management and corporate.
Ordered GRILLED CHICKEN Apple Pecan salad and a Dave's single at the drive thru. Got home and discovered NO CHICKEN. Tried calling and no answer after 10 rings ×2.Won't be going back!
