Asked for no mayo, ketchup, and or mustard then they still put it on the burgers and I can't eat mayo at all so they ruined all my food so I went back to getbit fixed then they just gave me jr baconators insteadof the normal ones. This place is a joke and always problems with this place. Never going back

The manager is worthless, there at the store 15 minutes before breakfast is over 10:15am, tried loading my order on app as per promo for 2 for 3 deal. App will not show breakfast items, myself and another gentleman were having the same issue, brought it to employees attention and all they could do is say sorry, they would not honor the deal. By this time it was 10:30 and then I was told we could not order breakfast at all. I have a large order I was to get and the store manager would not do anything. Bad Business!!

Really wanted to try the new Strawberry Frosty tonight. Having been to this Wendy’s and having experienced their extremely slow drive thru before, I thought it would be quicker to go inside to order. So our bad experience started with the dining room doors being locked before 7:30 pm. Then I thought, “Maybe since all we’re ordering is a frosty it will be quick trip thru the drive thru.” Nope. We sat in the drive thru with only one car ahead of us forever and finally drove off without our Frosty. This will be our last attempt at this Wendy’s location as I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 4 years and have yet to have a quick and accurate order.

I went thru the drive thru Saturday and ordered a strawberry frosty and off course they were out so I complained and when I drove off the manager flipped me off! What a lowlife disgrace!!

AVOID THIS WENDY'S AT ALL COSTS!I've been here both as a customer and as a driver for doordash. Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Wait times are so long that I completely avoid picking up orders from here now. There could only be 1 person in front of you and you're still waiting for 10 minutes.When I've gotten food for myself, it's always cold or so dry that you can tell that it's been under heat lamps for hours.Don't waste your money or risk your health eating here. By the other reviews I can see that it's been this way for several years. Clearly needs a new owner and management.

Their service is very slow I ordered a taco Wendy’s salad and all they gave me was lettuce tomatoes cheese and hot chili sauce I did not get the sour cream or the chili on top of the taco salad I don’t understand how this is a taco salad then I asked him for one small chili with onions and cheese they gave me two small chilies one large chili and a whole bunch of hot chili sauce I will never go to this place again they are very unorganized and they have like six employees that stand around doing absolutely nothing while two of them work to help all the customers in the drive-through! Never again

The worst experiences ever we order out food and my the time I got to get it and look but it was wrong. The drinks we flat no ice and tested Grose. The fries tasted like they have been sitting there all day.

I gave this location a few chances because I know things aren't always perfect but I will never go back to this Wendy's ever. I'm not sure how it is during the day but at night time a little after 10 pm or so produces the worst food I've ever had anywhere ever! It's like they put your food in a freezer and then gave it to you. After multiple times of frozen food pretty much and the long wait time when there's only 2 cars in line is unacceptable. If I have to wait 10/15 mins for cold food I'll pass. Don't waste your time going here! I'd give 0 stars if I could! I would rather drive out of the way to a at least better Wendy's. I suggest you do the same!

DO NOT, BY ANY MEANS DO NOT!!! Ever come to this Wendys location, even if it's because of convience. I would have rather drove to a farther location than go to this Wendys. To start the employees were extremely rude and incompetent. Multiple employees are either from high school or just plain do not care. My wife was told they could not make triples and was told they could do doubles so she ordered a double, only to be told that they couldn't do doubles either. This resulted in my wife ordering two single patty burgers. After recieving the food at home, I noticed that there was only one single patty burger, stale fries, wrong drinks with no ice and no receipt for proof or purchase.

The food was good. Fresh crispy vegetables and a well cooked pattie. The place is understaffed. You'll know because they still have their lobby closed. With only two workers... this is a problem for customers and their employees. Otherwise, the food was on par with most wendys.
