I love this place. The smoothies are always good, ALWAYS. And their tortilla with PB, bananas, honey and granola? To die for! Staff is usually pretty friendly.
I had to cook the food myself, even though I picked up at the exact time.
Was surprised with how good the food was and the smoothie we had was great too. We both got meals and split a smoothie all for $20. That's hard to do these days unless you're going to taco bell. I will be back for a light lunch option in the future!
Decent smoothies and wraps. Quick service. No issues, there. We were surprised to see this smoothie shop still uses styrofoam cups, but that's besides the point. The food and service are decent.
Love Tropical Smoothie!! They have the best smoothies that are healthy, for the most part. Pretty much any fruit or vegetable you like, you would be able to find in a smoothie here. The wait time from order to completion is very quick. They have more than smoothies for those who want something else.
The location has great smoothies and wraps. The staff there are super accommodating to any dietary restrictions my friends have when ordering there, which makes it a go to place when I invite out-of-staters there. I'm a big fan of their guava smoothies!
Horrible owners who don't pay there employees what they are owed and what they have earned. They just ignore your requests and pawn you off to the payroll department who has been instructed by the owners no to talk to you. Tim and Susan Nats are Liars and Cheaters!!!!
If I were able to give them half a star I would, I called to make a phone order because like every other worker in any line of work has a limited time for lunch, and they refused to take a phone order, the reason been a phone order is because I was paying cash, employee who answered was just flat out disrespectful and rude and turned out to be the manager and worst of all just hung up on me. Then I walk in the store to place the order and all employees just seem to be in there own bubble and no customer service experience what so ever. Sorry but training should probably be a key thing in this facility.
All the workers seemed like they were in a daze. Took 30 minutes for two smoothies and 2 sandwiches, and there was no one in the shop when I entered. Usually wouldn't care, but then one worker was wiping his nose with his shirt, one girl wasn't wearing any gloves. That goes again basic hygiene for food safety, let alone safety during a pandemic.Oh, and instead of a side of sweet potatoes we got jalapeno chips. I was right there, would could have asked me what options I wanted instead.
I love tropical smoothie cafe and the workers at every location are always great! I have found that this specific location sometimes makes the smoothies a little more watery and less flavorful but it’s still one of my favorite smoothie places around!
