Their food over all is pretty good, I think they need to have more consistent table cleaning and there was no ice available for fountain drinks. The furniture is comfortable and they have a nice bar section. Even when it is packed the service is still pretty fast.
I walked in at 10:17am and spoke to a woman with a suttle Memphis draw to her voice. This young lady was very pleasant and welcoming who new the contents of the menu and was able to state "what protein do you want to start with?" I then placed my order at 10:21am for a Boritto Grande filled with steak fajitas and other toppings. I was on my way back on the road by 10:29am. The experience was pleasant and the burrito ? was darn good. My advice if you want to do a taco Tuesday or any other day here then get there when they first open. My thing with restaurants is I like to get in and get out to better evaluate and appreciate the food.
Quite a menu to choose from. Street taco style. Reasonably priced, fresh and delicious. I ordered what is called “the democrat”, even though I am not LOL. BARBACOA, AVOCADO, COTIJA CHEESE, CILANTRO, ONIONS & A LIME WEDGE WITH TOMATILLO SAUCE ON A CORN TORTILLA.
Tacos were delicious I had the Mr. Orange and the Fried Avacado and some chips and guacamole. Standing in line can seem like forever but once your order is in, the service is super fast. A note from someone who doesn't eat spicy food frequently, everything here has some heat.
Torchy's never disappoints and this location is especially good. Always spots open at the bar at weekend lunch, with a great, attentive staff. The frozen margaritas are fantastic, highly recommend the peach flavor. The "Trailer Park" tacos are my favorite... be sure to get them "trashy"! Also check out their various salsas. It's not "authentic Mexican", but who cares? It's not trying to be! It's just yummy food and drinks.

The food is fantastic! I love the chips and queso, especially the hillbilly one yummy! I've not found a taco that I don't like yet. I recommend the secret menu? once you go, you'll love it too. The bar is great to grab a beer/cold drink while waiting for your meal; you can't go wrong.

Quality tacos, borderline worth the price for the specific tacos you love. BUT the Highlands Ranch location has never, not even once, gotten my to-go order correct. First time was abysmal, missing half of the tacos, but it was a large order on a busy night, which is acceptable and the error was fixed after returning to the store. Second time 3/6 tacos were correct, half of them unlabeled and we're genuinely guesses because we ordered all shrimp and salmon, and most of them were beef/pork. Actually just ordered today and after the third time missing half of my order, I had to post a review. Can the kitchen just slow down and prioritize accuracy over speed? Its actually funny getting a $6 taco that looks like a mush of shredded beef with no toppings and the tortilla is ripped in half. The kitchen is out here joking with the to-go orders, I swear. It wasn't even that busy dude. Again, the place is worth a try because certain tacos are delicious, but legit check your bag before you leave. Highlands Ranch spot is cut from our go to spot, don't let them scuff your prized dinner nights.
