Terrible Taco Bell location. Has been terrible for years now. Went through with my wife and the gentlemen taking our order didn’t speak English, neither did the young girl at the register. The manager had to take over and correct our order two times. AFTER walking outside to see the new menu advertisement because she had no idea what we were talking about. Terrible location and terrible management, who even owns this location? Would love to give them a call
Why is the lobby closed at 8pm on a Monday? Would prefer to wash my hands before I eat. Additionally what kind of person using the drive thru at$5 gas
Smallest portions I have ever seen at any restaurant. Burritos are the size of tacos. Stale taco shells. We frequent this Taco Bell quite a bit but this is the 4th time in a row that we have experienced this. Nice staff but the food quality is a problem.
I love Taco Bell, don’t get me wrong.. however I feel like whenever I go here my order is gonna be messed up OR the entire restaurant will be closed randomly. I love Taco Bell, but this location just sucks :/
This Taco Bell seems to be having a lot of difficulty paying attention to getting the order correct. I've been vegetarian for over 20 years and I order menu items that are created to be vegetarian options. I've been served beef in my order the past 3 occasions. When we return to correct the order, they don't seem to understand how this is serious for those of us who have committed to a vegetarian diet. Since this has happened every time recently, I asked the gentleman at the window what can be done as this keeps happening, and he just assured me it wouldn't happen again, which is exactly what I was told last time. I know Taco Bell is a huge company and losing my business likely won't matter to them, but I can't trust this location to prepare menu items correctly so that I'm able to enjoy them. Very disappointing.
Ordered online, got to the drive through and they said they didn’t have my order. Talked to two different people. Showed them my order, they still said they didn’t have it. Then they finally asked what I ordered, and then they said they had it but that I didn’t put my name…how is that possible as I paid with a credit card! They finally made my order and I asked for mild and hot sauce which appeared to be a bother for them. Never going to that location again.
The gentleman at the window today was extremely polite and professional .I did get home however and two dorito locos tacos were not in the bag I did order6 plus steak power bowl , tried to to call just now no answer just vm and you areUnable to leave a message unfortunately.
People just standing around inside and yet only the drive thru is open. Should notify with signage before potential customers are yanking on a locked door with hours clearly saying open. Thank god Starbucks with incredible customer service is directly across the lot.
DO NOT EAT HERE,As far fetched as it sounds I genuinely think there's a finger nail in my food, or a plastic piece that resembles one, I got home and was eating my soft taco, some of the lettuce, beef, cheese ect fell out into the wrapping so I get a fork and kinda scoop it up to eat, I was chewing and noticed something pricking the inside of my mouth that I couldn't bite down on so I take it out of my mouth and it genuinely looks like a fingernail I feel sick to my stomach not knowing what I just put in my mouth, I have a few photos of it, I want answers.
Amazing staff. This particular taco bell has a very friendly environment. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews? Maybe because this is fast food and it's in a very nice neighborhood. However every single time I come through here they are very friendly and kind. The food is always cooked perfectly, as opposed to some other locations in which the rice can be kind of dry. There is a gentleman who works here he has kind of longer hair and I believe he is the manager but I'm not sure. He is always in such a good mood smiling and very friendly. If he does not work for corporate then I do think that he deserves some kind of special recognition for going the extra mile to keep his customers happy.
