2 very polite, responsible and awesome young men working there today on Christmas Eve around 1:30pm. Keep those young gentleman busy, good customer service is very rare anymore. Merry Christmas guys! ?

WORST SUBWAY EVER! An hour before close, my daughter and I came in with our two Poemeranians, and right off the bat the kid working was giving us dirty looks. They didn't have any cheese bread, and our two sandwiches didn't even taste like real bread. At exactly 9:00, this kid asked us to start leaving soon. I've never in my life been kicked out of a restaurant in the middle of my meal, and he seemed happy about it. Extremely unprofessional service, I hope this kid gets fired
1st time back since covid. The girls were nice and accommodating in my request of a lightly baked bread. Good sandwich. Seems like the older lady and crew were stocking and cleaning after lunch. I don't know how long they have been here, but in Hope's, that the restaurant will get a good cleaning from top to bottom. They seemed hard working. I would recommend better handwashing, BEFORE putting on gloves.

Well, this subway is by far the worst one I have ever set foot into. Line literally out the door, I wondered could they be busy? I decided to wait and see why, I got inside there, and to my surprise, there was 3 employees behind the counter, there was an older man in the front taking the initial order, he should not work there, he's incredibly slow for the position. I know he's just trying to make a living, but this guy causes people to walk out and go somewhere else, I have been working in this area for a few weeks now and will not eat there ever again. Had to repeat myself several times and still did not get what I wanted, it took 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches!! Pathetic.
This is the second time I have ordered from the app and come to the store a half hour later and the SAME employee never started my order. Takes him a few minutes to even acknowledge a customer came in.
Went in today 10/7 and the gentleman making the sandwiches had his face mask on incorrectly leaving his nose exposed. Walked out as I did not feel safe consuming food made by this individual. The other two ladies working were wearing it correctly.
