To give even one star is too nice. This store is so poorly managed that they let highschool kids that are so stoned out of their mind work their without any kind of supervision. Subway isn't supposed to be high quality, but the service given by Will and another kid that was not wearing a name tag was disgraceful. I will never go to this location again because of the absolutely insulting level of service that I received. Couldn't remember anything that I asked for, had to repeat myself several times between the two boys snickering and giggling over who knows what, and the fact that they didn't have any cup lids available. When I asked if they could get more large lids for me I was met with unbelievable attitude, only to be told that they didn't have any more. Not wanting to drive home holding a large lidless drink I suggested maybe I could take two medium cups for the drink I already poured, simply because lids were available, I was again met with disrespect and an unwillingness to help. Shame on whoever manages this store. Subway is supposed to be easy and quick and by no means does this location have anything to offer. Disgraceful and not worth anyones time.

I just left this Subway after being threatened by one staff member. I attempted to use a BOGO coupon but saw told by I believe was the manager that this store doesn’t take that coupon. She said there is a small sign on the counter. After I paid, I walked over to the counter to look at the sign in the event there were other coupons not allowed. The man who made my sandwiches said “do you think were lying”. I said I’m looking to see if anything else is not accepted. He repeated his statement, and I said “nice way to treat a customer. This guy actually said “do you want to step outside with me to fix this”. He refused to give me his name and when I asked to speak with the manager all three employees ignored me. Obviously I will no longer do business at the 3996 Red Cedar Dr A-2 in Hylands Ranch store again.

Inexperienced staff who doesn't have knowledge of how to fold a sandwich or respect customer food order. Never going again.

2 times in 2 weeks they were out of buffalo chicken! This subway is consistently out of products. Today they were out of most of breads, Buffalo chicken, olives, cookies. The next customer asked for olives and magically subway staff said they have it, while 10 seconds back staff said they dont. I wonder if the staff is over worked or dont care about what is available or not, or just dont want to serve me

Very unprofessional I am a grubhub driver waited there for 30 mins on an order that the cashier voided because they were out of bread did not inform driver until 30 mins after sitting there

They acted like they did not care an ounce and skimped out on every possible thing they could have. She put maybe 3 olives on the footlong when we had asked for extra, and we had to keep asking to put more on to get the normal amount. I think she just wanted to go on break, but I’ve worked in the food industry and that’s just not how you behave.
