Okay, so I just moved to CO. I lived in CA for a few years and don't bother waiting in line at In n Out. I would drive out of my way in CA to find the Shake Shack, cause their burgers are great. Was happy to find a Shake Shack not too far from our new house. Good burgers, good fries. Way better than the other burger places!

First time and wasn't what I thought. Burgers were good quality but nothing special. They are rather small. Fries were fresh and crispy and better than the burger. And, worst thing is quite expensive. A burger, Fries and a drink will set you back over $13. Would I take a In-n-Out double double combo instead for around $9 instead? You betcha!

Pleasantly surprised by the food and ambiance. My first visit to a shake shack was at the downtown Manhattan location by the Goldman Sachs building. It was magical, and easily one of the best burgers I’ve had. I tempered my expectations for this one, as it’s 1) not in NYC and 2) deep in the suburbs. Still, the food was very good, and did bring me back to my memories in NYC. The crinkle fries were just as good as I remember too. Overall, definitely recommended if you’re craving a burger and fries.

Greasy floors. Time to scrub the floors. Footprints visible on the grease floor. Raw burgers. Condiments scarce. The burger was so raw the bun was soggy with blood. Same with my companion. Will not eat here again.Water was cold though.

Took 10+ minutes to get our shakes after ordering. Seemed like a pretty long time, given that there weren't that many ppl inside, or in the to go line. The purple cow had 2 small scoops of vanilla ice cream and the rest of this large cup was filled with grape soda - so if you think you're going to get an equal ratio, that won't be the case. I'd stick with the classics - vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry shakes. They seem to be the most consistently "good."

Castle Rock location. The food is okay. The burger was good but the bun was cold and the fries were stale and not hot. And for me and my husband - 2 single-patty burgers with fries and 2 drinks, it was over $33.00. And then when you pay there is an obnoxious pop-up asking for a tip! I tip generously when I get great service at a restaurant—at a place where I tip... you get seated at a nice table, a server takes your drink order and brings you your drink. They take your food order - they bring you your food on a nice plate with proper cutlery - then the server checks on you - then someone clears your table and thanks for coming. At Shake Shack -- it's like MacDonalds - you go to the counter, order your food and sit down - they bring you your drink - and they put all your food on a cheap metal cafeteria tray- no plates or cutlery - then they DO NOT check on you - or ask you if everything's okay- and they do not say - Bye, thank you. It's EXPENSIVE fast food - and you can't even get your own drink. You have to wait for them to bring it to you - and they don't bring it to you after you order - they bring it with your food - Most people like to have their drink first, while you wait - I had to get up and ask them for it - and they did not like that - If you are going to charge such high prices and ask customers to TIP (for what???) then at least give food and service that is worthy.... as it is, it is NOT worthy... not even close.

Good burgers ? busy place. Burgers were good. Crinkle cut fries. We would come here again. Food is good with the fries. Canned beers. Milkshakes.

Gotta love this place... The food is delicious, the milkshakes are delicious, and the service is great. Good gluten free options too. I just wish the portions were sightly larger. Our family usually buys four burgers, a 10 piece chicken nugget, and an order of bacon cheese fries. It's almost enough but not quite. How about adding family-size fries order?

Burgers were greasy but delicious, wait times were unusually long for such low traffic. Parking during the evening is absolutely insane. I personally do not recommend the shack sauce. Extremely kind staff, like really kind. Overall a good experience.

The burger I got was tasty and the fries were alright but it is priced a bit too steep for me to come more than once. I did not get a shake and that may have affected my experience. Maybe I will try again in 6 months and get a shake with my burger.
