Worst and dirtiest Red Robin ever!! Never again doesn’t deserve one star!! Bad lettuce, cold fries, old cheese fondio, dirty everything!!!
I would go again. The furniture has been "loved" (some of the vinyl on the seats are cracking), probably could use a little TLC (repair), but still works.Went with a larger group and service was good, and food tasted as expected.Thank you to the folks working here for the positive experience!
The waitress had to deal with a big group of us and she did an amazing job! No mess ups, the food came fast and was delicious.
Weak effort. Overall quality of the food was poor. Never ending fries worthless... seemed incapable of serving more. Beverages not served full, no fruit accompanying when should have been. Additional order placed to go took one full hour to receive. Seemed like a practice run for what a real restaurant might be like.
We had not been to this Red Robbin as a family in probably a couple of years and man has it changed. They used to have a 10 page menu but now it's just a double-sided menu front and back. My old favorite I can remember ordering as a kid their clam chowder soup they don't carry it any more. Nobody wants to work restaurants any more and their staff was clearly unmotivated. Ordering and eating here took two hours. This place has turned into a bar with a minor food service. I expect them to probably go bankrupt because we went on a Friday night around 5:30 pm and barely anybody was there. I can remember going to Red Robbin in the 80s and 90s as a kid and having the best experience. I don't know if it's the supply chain issues with food or whether or not the pandemic ruined their business model. I would never come back here it's almost easier to get a better burger at Shake Shack or Five Guys and have a better experience and better food. Their fries baskets were like 20 tiny french fries the size of a pinky finger.
Pretty good customer service. Fast delivery of food. Okay burgers but not as good as we've had in the past, great fries though! My daughter asked to go here because she loves the steak fries, and we weren't dissappointed.
Ordered for pick up tonight. Came to pick up the food about 20 minutes later( curbside) and about 35 after it wasn’t brought out so we went in to get it. realized we were missing an order of wings and two sides of fries. So we went back inside to get it and then proceeded to take another 40ish minutes or longer. Waited over an hour for pick up. I’d say close to an hour and a half. All while the other food we did get was sitting in the car getting cold and gross. Totally unacceptable.
The service was quick. We walked in and were greeted by a new host but very helpful. She ordered our food for us and we sat for about 20min. I indulged in a chicken avocado burger while my partner got the classic burger. I will say, I wish their was more zucchini on the zucchini fries. It seems as though there was more breading than green. Thanks!-DaneecASketch
We came as a hockey team, and they said they couldn't accommodate a large group, despite having huge empty rows. They were determined to split us up...weird! We stared at perfectly empty sections the whole time we ate. It made no sense. They made it totally clear they didn't care about customer service at all. Food was below average. Our server was awesome.
First and last time we will be ordering take out or delivery. This was not the Red Robin food I remember. It wasn’t great outside so I will excuse the items being cold that were supposed to be hot, but the cold items were all melted too. The worst of it all was my son’s strawberry “sauce” that came with the brownie cake. It literally was the bottom of the barrel of a can of frozen strawberries. I’ve included a picture. Just the watery juice and a couple mushy chunks of what was once strawberries. I can not believe anyone would pay for that, let alone call it a sauce. Not one item we ordered was how it was supposed to be. We were so excited to have a treat of ordering out and now we would have been happier to save the money and just have pb&j over this. I hate to complain but with the prices of things today, you’d think they’d put a little effort into making it worth while.
