Counter-Staff was super friendly and informative for me, which was very helpful for me, as this was only my second visit to Cane’s.Food quality could be better; Yes, I did visit at 3:30pm during the “lull” between busier lunch and dinner times, but the dinning room was fairly dirty (garbage leaking liquid on the floor, garbage on the floor, tables not wiped down,) and the food, while tasty, was barely above room temp. I realize that is was a coin toss if I was going to get hot food or not(I lost,) but I would think that the lull-times between normal mealtimes would be the easiest time to have the restaurant cleaned up. With all of this said, I would probably return to the restaurant in the future, and “roll the dice” again - It’s just fast food after all.
I usually never have a problem at this location. But, Today I ordered 3 extra toast and 2 extra coleslaw, my order was missing all of these. Ordered 2 unsweetened teas and a sweet tea, got 2 sweet teas instead. Even the lady at the window said none of the orders, were in order. Everyone inside was dancing and messing around. Don't like paying for something I'm not going to receive. Every other time I've been here it's been fast service and I've gotten everything I ordered.
Top tier among Cane's - staff appear motivated and were courteous and helpful. Restaurant was clean each trip with tables promptly wiped between dine-ins. Chicken was perfectly cooked, fries were fresh, and sides were right on par.
Workers are super nice, but they didn’t swap my coleslaw for extra fries. They acknowledged that that’s what was ordered, but when I got home half an hour later, Cole slaw greeted me. Sadness.
I come here on a consistent basis and have never had a bad experience, today I was in a pinch at work and needed something fast and good so I knew I’d have to come here and I was not let down??the staff here is consistently professional yet ‘chill’ for lack of a better term. Great customer service and I will be back very soon!
This is twice my wife and I have experienced cold food here. The first time okay it happens but the second time? Really? Very disappointed. Everything in our meal wasn't fresh and our drinks were wrong as well. We contacted the store to receive a refund and the person who answered just seemed as if it was such an inconvenience. He apologized and hung up without further acknowledgement. My wife was on the phone waiting to hear something else but nope just hung up. It's sad because we love Canes but we will not return to this location.
Love that Chicken from Raising Cane’s! Staff is always super friendly. I had an issue today with the size of tenders, I’ve never had smaller tenders before. I hope this isn’t the new norm.
There isn’t a perfect tag to describe what happened tonight. Simply stated, I have always enjoyed the restaurant, until tonight. It was very busy tonight and we waited in a very long line only to get home and realize that half of our order was not there. It’s too far away to drive back and sit in another line. I was disappointed because we were really hungry and half of our food wasn’t there.
Eat here frequently but last couple times were brutal. Long wait to get the wrong order than another 10 minutes in the lobby waiting for the right thing and get cold stale fries my dog wouldn't even eat. Disappointing considering 7 people working and I was one of two customers.
First time to raising cane. Kid at drive through order said they had hot sauce. They do not it is very weak in spice. Food was good but not worth the 100 dropped for 5 people
