Terrible service. Obnoxious staff. They screwed up the order (wrong toppings and overcharged me) and when I called to tell them about the problem the guy I spoke to was extremely rude, refused to listen to me, told me to “call back tomorrow” and hung up on me. I won’t be back and neither will anybody else I know.

I had a birthday reward for a free pizza valued up to $16, I placed the $15.75 order online. I got to the location at 9559 S University Blvd Suite 103, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 and the order had not gone through. The manager bossed me around and insisted on doing it at the register. She ordered me to put my phone number in their rewards machine. She could not figure out how to get the $16 reward. She could only give me a $10.50 reward. She tersely asked if I still wanted it and I said no. She proceeded to sarcastically say Have a Good Night in front of all the people waiting. I went to my car and ordered online to another location with the $16 reward.This manager represents Papa Murphy and it was one of the worst customer service I have experiences I have ever had. I will not go back to this location ever again

Ordered and paid for a pizza online. When my girlfriend went to pick it up on her way home, they charged her again. I tried to contact Papa Murphy's to resolve, but they gave me the runaround. There is waaay better pizza than Papa Murphy's, so I won't waste my time/money going back.
I have come to this store for many years and always been satisfied. However my most recent experience will be my last with them. The bacon chicken artichoke pizza seemed way heavier than normal, but I didn't think much of it at the time and they were going to be closing in 5 minutes. I backed the pizza as usually do, and when I started cutting it it was kind of soupy and even those i backed the crust off the tray the last 5 minutes the crust hadn't gotten really crispy like it usually does. I cut a couple of slices and we sat down at the table. First bite, what the heck! my sister and I looked at each other and spit it out. Something was grossly wrong. Wrapped up what hadn't been cut to bring it back. I called the store manager Jordan today, to let them know I would be coming for a replacement, and was told that they can't do anything about it. I said we didn't eat it and I have the rest of the pizza minus the two slices and I would be bringing that back with me. He asked me what the problem was and I told him that it didn't taste like it should and we spit it our. He asked if it was made correctly. I said I assumed not since I order this pizza all the time and this wasn't edible. He told me that they are all made the same and there is nothing he could do, and then proceeded to argue with me about it. I don't know what was different, but it certainly wasn't what I ordered. Apparently, customer satisfaction isn't a high priority with this store. It's totally turned me off on Papa Murphy's which has been my go to pizzeria for years. Not anymore!!!!!!!
