I don’t go to Panera much but when I do I’ve been getting this Turkey Bravo for the last 15 years. I get extra meat so it’s around $15- not cheap. The soups, sides, salads, and coffees are all good but my favorite thing about Panera is their iced tea selection.

We’ve been here many times in the past several years for dine in and take out. Thanks to their hours, I often stop here for an early breakfast. Love their coffee and the breakfast sandwich options. The cinnamon crunch bagel is a favorite. When we want to grab a bite with friends for breakfast or lunch we have picked Panera Bread. And we’ve always had a good time. Their customer service is almost always exceptional, the ambiance is usually mellow and allows for good conversations with whoever you are sharing a meal with. We often get large orders from here for work related events. The panini sandwiches, soups and bowls are a favorite for working lunches. I like that I have the option to tip their staff. Panera Bread makes the best soufflés. Thank you for being awesome
Not a bad place but next time they should be more mindful of providing toilet paper. It seems like every time I come here there's no toilet paper in the stalls and I have to make the awkward march towards the other stall or paper towels.
Employees were rude and my food was torn apart and not made very well. Disappointed cause normally I've had pretty good experiences here.
Long line but we knew it was worth it. The salad was crisp and tasty. My husband had broccoli cheese soup.
It's a Panera...it has the same food as all the Paneras and they make it the same. So nothing to add their. The things that make this place so nice are the people and the location. The people are friendly and attentive. Quick to give you a suggest or to answer a question. Never encountered anyone rude or disinterested and this a frequent place for me.The location is great. Not only is it easy to find parking but most of the dining room has a ton of natural light. It's also well laid out. If you want to come pound some work out in a quiet spot or meeting a group of people...there are seating for both. I love that they separate the coffee from the rest of the drinks so it's not crowded in one area. Great spot!
Got a door dash order, no bread bowl, no cheese with onion soup , had to add my own from home, sandwich came basically in pieces , no avocado, this is pretty bad
I put a rapid pickup order in today at 6:40pm. It stated it wasn’t going to be ready until 7:15. It should not take 35 minutes to prepare a to go order when the employees are clearing done-in orders faster than they come through. The fact that customers who have put in rapid pick up orders way before I did are prepared and finished way faster than mine even came through. Was not satisfied with this location.
My parents absolutely love this restaurant. When I visit them we come here and the staff know their names. They are so friendly and it seems like they really take the time to acknowledge their customers and get the order right.I love their selection of iced tea flavors. They have tasty vegan soup options and some other healthy bowls that have rice, quinoa, veggies and a protein. Their sandwiches are pretty popular. Panera has a seperate bakery section with an almost unlimited variety of pasteries, breads and cookies.They do a decent job of cleaning up since this is a fairly busy restaurant all throughout lunch hours. They have windows near most of the indoor seating, so there's plenty of natural sunlight. They also have a fireplace for those chilly days. In the summer you can sit on the patio at their outdoor tables.I definitely want to support businesses like this in Douglas County where the people are real.
Clear to see management and the concept of *effectively* training staff is non existent here anymore. Haphazardly made 'food' that was lukewarm is all we received. Apparently the young staff can't tell the difference between cilantro and basil either ? poorly made sandwiches with wrong ingredients across our entire meal this evening. ? Sad to see this place turn into what it has, when remembering what it used to be. Seems to be a theme with many fast casual chains nowadays.
