I usually don’t like to complain. But me and my coworkers have came here a few times. Usually the staff is friendly. But yesterday i went through the drive through and whoever the blonde girl working was was incredibly rude. And their rice is almost always crunchy.
I love that we got a drive-thru Panda, and while the drive thru can be slow, it’s usually worth it. but Alexis working the drive thru at noon today needs to pay better attention to both the customers and what she’s doing. She went to hand me my lemonade and let go before I had really grabbed it and it dropped onto the window and opened into my lap. When I looked up she had walked away to run my card and I’m not sure she even noticed what had happened. I was in tears when she returned and asked for napkins, which she handed me a small stack of, and then left the window again. I drove off crying, devastated because I figured my favorite pair of shorts was totally ruined, only to discover the little that was left in the cup was water! Thankfully my car and I are not a sticky mess but it could have meant a total detail for me and I paid for a Large drink that was A) water and B) spilled all over me. I’m not usually one to complain but the fact that she did nothing to help the situation was ridiculous.
Usually is not bad, meets expectations and is nothing special to negatively note. The staff in there is really nice and pleasant. They unfortunately today only had one person working the line during peak lunch hour so even though I was the 5th party in line when I walked in it took 45 minutes to get in and out. I do want to specify, this is NOT anyone working today who is to blame. The 2 gentleman in there are rockstars and working as efficiently as possible while politely addressing the long wait also thanking people for their patience. I wondered where the general, regional, or other managers were when I saw this? That is who needs to step in when there is ZERO coverage. It is not fair to your employees to have them stressed out dealing with work that should be spread between 5 people. If you can only have one cook and one person on the line just temporarily close for the day. By the time I realized how long it was taking I was already committed and would have restarted the wait anywhere else had I left to go to another place. Ultimately though was super bummed I chose to go there today which is not usually the case. My typical experience I would rate a 4... just not today.
Compare to the other pandas, this one really go low in their portions, very sad. I had to tell the server to put more in there and even at that was very low. I do understand the portions that’s why I mentioned at the beginning I was comparing to the other ones. More likely I won’t go back and I will rather drive even with this gas prices.
This is our second time at this location. They are slow and unorganized. The place is filthy. No urgency from the workers and both times there were multiple people on break out in the lobby. No more chances for this location. Also, they don’t pile it on like other locations, so it feels skimpy.
The hours posted are not correct at all. They say they are open until 9 on Sundays but yet when I tried going in they told me they are closing. They should update their hours. The employees don't seem very well trained and the service is very slow. The portions are a lot smaller compared to the other locations.
3rd time visiting this store. Went to the drive thru and place my order but was directed to park in the front to await for my order. After 10 mins past I called and spoke to the Manager who said they started working on it as other customer come and go with their orders. 5 mins later still no food until finally an employee came with our order which was incomplete and inaccurate. This is a very dysfunctional place. Food was cold and overcooked. Never again!
This place needs help. One guy in the kitchen and one guy making orders, while they place priority on online orders. The line in the store is beyond acceptable. The manager is "helping another store" while this one suffers. Read this review and make management changes. If the manager doesnt want to help, hire someone else.
First time at this location, Got the same thing I always get at other locations, broccoli beef and string bean chicken. It literally had 4 tiny pieces of chicken and two pieces of beef. The beef tasted odd and the broccoli was sogging and cold, the string beans tasted like medal and were not cooked. Not a great start for a new location. I keep with my other locations, don't waste your money at the Highlands Ranch location.
Food that was ordered early was ready an hour after promised time. The lady, that I am assuming is the manager because was constantly yelling at other employees and people waiting, needs to chill out and be more respectful to the customers.
