Hit or miss. We ordered Tacos Al Pastor and they served it not only with shredded instead of grilled pork but also with no pineapple and salsa. They told us upon serving the dish that they don’t have all the ingredients to prepare Al Pastor. Why would they not warn us when we were ordering it? We asked for replacement and ordered a steak burrito but instead got one with ground beef.I don’t know if they have new, inexperienced staff or they just don’t care anymore but after all these years it’s time to look for a new Mexican restaurant. I don’t think we will be back.

the outdoor sitting area was busy but very fresh in the afternoon. the girl who attended to our table was working very hard and efficiently. our order come quickly, the birria tacos were served with a little juice broth on the side and the avocado and the giant chips were amazing. i will come back whenever i am in highlands ranch. i only ordered tacos so i recommend those 4sure.

I haven't been to an On The Border since before Covid, and I have to say the food is better than I remember. Both my wife and I were very happy with our order, and we will definitely be adding this to our regular places again.

Yeah,I chose a chain. I didn't expect a miracle.Well I ordered the chicken fajitas. I did notice the price was $4+ more than everyone else in the area. What did I get for my extra dollars, nada.Actually less to eat, portion wise, basically flavorless.Luckily I had salsa to dump all over it.I won't be back.

What you expect from OTB food, which I think is yummy. Everything was hot when we got it.Our waitress said she was overwhelmed though, and had to come back multiple times to ask what we had ordered and didn’t get it correct. The kitchen quickly corrected it though.

1st time and loved it. It is kind of hidden location but easy to get in and out.

Perfect place to order for a Carnivore Diet. They allow for ordering ala carte for all the meats in 4 or 8 ounce sizes.

Friday night at a restaurant... makes one hesitate without reservations, right? Well, we went anyway, and are so glad we did!I thought, perhaps, if we got in the door before 6:30, we'd be okay. There was no answer to the phone, but when we go there, I could see why. Three staff could be seen! And 20+ people standing at the door. "UGH", right?!?!?!WELL. We were sat, fed well, and out the door in an hour! The staff that we interacted with - Doug as host, and Mercedes as waitress - ROCKED it!Soooo calm, although from the looks of it, they had "every right" to be frazzled. They treated us as if we were the only ones there! It was awesome. And the food was good, and the food was hot! "Service with a smile" was on tap as well!We will go back, Friday night and all! WELL DONE, OTB!!

The service was good, but the food was just average. The food came out fast, and was hot, but not as good as I remembered.

It had been a few years since we had been to OTC due to poor service back then. Super short staffed this time around. Bartender was super friendly but she sucked. The whole place is super disorganized. Couldn't ever check out the takeout orders in a timely fashion. I noticed the frustration. So much for fast pickup.Yes a total mess. Will never ever be back.
