Tyler our server was doing a amazing job!!! Made sure that we had everything we need and had a smile on his face the whole time even made sure we didn’t have random empty plates on our table. He did a amazing job I will be eating here again!!! Make sure to give that man a raise! ?

It's been a while since I've been in an Olive Garden. The building looked like it was getting an update on the outside and had some construction work that wasn't finished, there was some broken glass in the rocks, and what looked like a wet shirt left on the sidewalk.The staff was friendly enough, and the food was okay. Our waitress did a good job of making sure drinks were full and checking on us.
When I arrived there was a short wait to be seated at a table within the restaurant, but bar seating was open. Chose to seat at the bar which ended up being perfect. The chatter of others talking was WAY less at the bar seating area. I was able to hear the person I was there with without struggling and didn't have to speak loudly for them to hear me. The bar tender was our server and provided excellent service. Food was good (as it normally is).
Our waitress, Selina, was fantastic. She made great recommendations and she was so nice and made sure we were taken care of during the whole meal. We went on Easter and it was surprisingly slow, but I'm not complaining it was an amazing date ❤️
Food was good as usual. Service was poor. Many delays between refills of salads and drinks. Several other customers complained about poor service. Will definitely go to a different Olive Garden next time as even the front greeter poked fun at a first for brining up a concern about service to their spouse. And I was standing right there and they didn't mind saying it.I get that it's hard to hire employees to work in this economy....but this was poor all around
All I have to say is WOW. We have never had a problem here before until today. Our server was Selina and she did JACK SQUAT to take care of us. After sitting there for what felt like a while, I started a timer on my phone to see how long it was going to take for our server to even acknowledge us. 15 minutes went by before she took our order, then made some excuses and left. I restarted my timer and another 20 minutes went by before we got our drinks! We even had to remind her twice before seeing our drinks. It was like pulling teeth to get what we ordered. It wasn't even a busy lunch time ? finally we pulled our cash, tired of the whole experience and wanting to just leave and the waitress brought us the wrong drink before taking our money and disappeared. Our total time here was already at an hour and 30 minutes. We had to physically ask her to bring our change back to which she disappeared again. We finally just went to the front and had to get them to go get some change for us because she never came back with our money. As we were leaving we saw her counting her tips at the bar talking with someone else. I've never been treated this horribly anywhere before and I've never had a problem until our experience today. I'm very disappointed!
We have come here about 5 different times and couldn’t get sat. But we finally got a table and was greeted with fast service and tasty food.
Tasty, large portions, about $50 for two without wine. But a dish was dirty, the staff dropped a platter of utensils on the floor, a promised refill never came, soup refills weren't offered, the appetizer was late and came just before the meal. Two years ago this was a nice place. Not now.
Nicole was amazing! She was very attentive and got a very large order correct with 5 different tickets needed! Thank you Nicole , you are extremely helpful and very informative on our question!
