We go to the Highlands Ranch Location. We love to bring our dog Rudy and sit on the patio. The server is usually Melinda. Melinda does such a great job with the menu, answering questions, etc, but she treats Rudy like a King. Fresh water and a little snack has been part of the program. I was in the Restaurant Business for over 50, working with my own concepts and a lengthy stint with the Claim Jumper. The food is always great, the beer cold and the service spot on. We like the Thai Pie Pizza. Hats off to Melinda and the rest of the staff. We look forward to returning soon.
It's been tough finding an Old C's around lately with all the closures they've had over the last couple years, so when we saw this one we were excited to get back. I wasn't blown away nor was I under impressed by this location. They were busy and could've used another server on shift, so the service and food turn were pretty slow. Food was hot and prepared to order but again not what I remembered from back in the day. We'll be back since it's the only one remotely close and it wasn't a terrible experience.
1st time at this location. Service was good, drinks were great. Pizza was over-salted and charred in spots. Would return for drinks again, but I'll pass on the food menu.
Made two trips during a visit to the area. The service was exceptional. A big thanks to our servers Patrick and Ashton. Fantastic beer selection and pizza.
Service was a bit slow but they were busy. Second time there, seems hit or miss on the service. Food was decent, about what you'd expect from a pizza chain, ok. Will go again
Terrible order I ordered there pretzels and cheese appetizer once before and they gave me a half cup of cheese. Ok whatever. I order today Wednesday feb 9 2022 at 930 pretzels and wings I pick up order everything is good. I get home and see they only gave me less than a quarter cup so I call and the manager Jason immediately gets a attitude like I’m lying to get a 15$ meal for free!! First of all if I was doing that it wouldn’t of been to tap room starters. But anyway he basically accused me of lying and made me drive all the way back and the only thing he said he can do for me is fill the rest of the cheese up!! I said no bro now I want the whole thing free or at least the pretzels and he only wanted to fill up the cheese literally terrible management and I work in a restaurant and know how it can be but Jason was absolutely terrible I wish the other management would of seen that!
The pizzas were good but cold when we picked them up at the time we requested in our online order. The food items I was most looking forward to were incorrect, not what we ordered. Not a great experience when we’re trying to support our community’s restaurants.
Don’t lie to your customers.Ordered pick up tonight and was told 20 minutes to pick up. Took 30 to get there and had to wait 25 minutes in The lobby for my wings.Called the manager and he apologized that “they cannot predict how busy they might get”. Ok that COULD BE true however; consider your customer is more observant than you think. If you were 25 minutes behind on orders how did not 1, not 2, but 3! other customers walked in a picked up their order with NO WAIT. Then when my wings were finally up 25 minutes later they were added to my nachos that were at the pickup station THE WHOLE TIME. You could have just told the truth Jason…your team failed to fulfill the wing part of the order. Not buying your story. 0 stars.
Don't get the wings. These are nuggets with bones. Very expensive and not tasty at all. We sat at the bar and got pretty good service even though a lot of beers are out of stock. Miss the original Old Chicago atmosphere. This new metro vibe sucks.
Excellent pizza!! Katy was awesome and I’m bringing my friends here while I’m in town!
