More intense management on site, new trainees going through 'boot camp', which could be a positive mentorship/growth opportunity for the young staff if they hang in there and want to grow.Definite different vibe from other locations (i.e., the louder, more modern music) if you appreciate that aspect.I could see this location appealing to a more younger crowd.Be prepared to wait longer than normal for your food until the line runs smoother.
I have mixed feelings about this place. I always order the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, before the pandemic it was always beyond delicious, it has unfortunately changed. Moderate prices, but some really good potstickers. Love the soda fountains.
If you like dry noodles with no sauce or flavors, then this is the place for you!
Fast, friendly service. Dining area trash cans were full, but they may have been short staffed
The fact that they hid the burnt chicken upside down ??
I was in last week and the service was great and the food was excellent. I appreciate all the employees hard work during such a difficult time.
It is SO easy to make SO many of your customers happy- if they pay $1 for extra sauce… give them a container full of that dang sauce! ? It’s the smallest thing to do right but it never happens so we almost never order in from here and regret it when we do.
Good food by I find the noodles not done enough. Service is great!
Worst experience ever. When I asked to scan my reward app the employee rolled his eyes and lazily pretended to scan my phone. None of the orders came out right or on time. Some people were waiting 45 min - 1 hr. Seems like a management problem
I like the pesto cavatappi. With pulled pork. I eat it a lot.
