I just had the most incredible pesto cavatappi with Chicken here. I see these negative reviews and have a hard time believing because the service was great people were friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Five stars noodles and Company at University Boulevard you did a great job!
I went there recently asked for Parmesan chicken multiple time on my pesto and pene rosa, cashier repeated it back but when I got home they didn’t put it in this isn’t the first time this happens. Very disappointing when one is paying for the chicken $6.50 and for us to not even get it.
The drink machine was out of ice, syrup and carbonation .. yet you still sold us drinks ( costing $5 ) and acted like nothing was wrong when the machine literally wouldn’t dispense drinks. The 2.8 rating is completely indicative of the experience hereAll four employees stood in the corner by the register fraternizing instead of helping the only two customers in the restaurant.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME + MONEY
What a terrible place to eat. They require you to tip %15 percent for a pick up order. Or they will refuse to take your payment. Disgusting business.
Very rude. I let you keep the meal I ordered and paid. I don’t need to be treated like that.You had a tip jar with about $30 sitting in front of a register. I told them they should take some of that out so someone didn’t steal it…I got so much attitude from the cashier. She said we’ll get to that later. That’s so irresponsible to leave money out like that,
I frequent this location, because the food is always good and most of the staff is well mannered. However, the reason I’m not giving more stars is the main manager at this store is absolutely horrendous. I can dismiss the occasional incident, but I’ve heard him berate his employees, start drama in front of customers, and overall just act super unprofessional. The icing on the cake is hearing people talk about him apparently wanting to make an employee cry! The other managers seem nice enough, but the main manager Charlie seems to be creating a toxic work environment and I pity the kids working there.
This noods and co is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. Amazing customer service! Other people may complain things but I discredit them because this noodles and company is so good and amazing at what they do! 5 STARS!!!!!
Place sucks super slow every time I come here it's 20-40 minutes for food no hustle from the employees what so ever. I'm sure there barely paid to move as slow as they do. Management needs to fix this place
Horrible experience, filthy restaurant, there’s noodles and trash all over the place, all of the tables are filthy, trash cans are literally over flowing with garbage!The girl at the counter did not greet me, just said ‘what can I get you’, I mean I know it’s fast food, but come on these kids are the worst! Terrible customer service.The manager came out and she and the other girl were just talking while one other guy was cooking, meanwhile there’s people standing waiting for their food in a filthy trash filled restaurant.The food was OK, Probably wasn’t made correctly, I will never come back, and you shouldn’t either.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! They have given my partner food poisoning twice now. The rosa is undercooked to the point I CAN TASTE THE WHITE WINE!! When I went in today just to see what's going on in the store, there are several problems. Not cleaning the grill after cooking raw meat on the fryer, disrespectful to the guests, and during down time they just huddle in FOH. Management needs to be training these kids better, will be going to the Noodles off of Arapahoe for now on since this location doesnt care about the health or safety of they're guests. I'll be making a call to corporate and store manager about this
