Zach was an amazing server! He had 8 tables and made us feel like we were his only table. He took great care of us and we appreciate his work ethic!
We have tried several pizza places close to us and this is by far the best. Pizza had tons of cheese and the sauce wasn't overpowering.

Great neighborhood pizza place. Two beers, a shareable salad and their largest hand-tossed pizza for under $50...fantastic! Being a bit picky, their crust is good, but could be more flavorful (try brewer's yeast). Next time will get the Chicago-style, which looks incredible.
Very pleased with our take out order tonight. The meatball mushroom deep pizza was some of the best I’ve ever had. The gluten free crust pizza was very flavorful, for gluten free it held up nicely. Ingredients fresh. The phone girls were very friendly. We’ll be back!
3/4/22 @ 6pm. Ordered online, told 20 mins., we showed up in 30 mins., we were told another 10-15 mins. We waited another 15 mins., still not ready. waited another 10 mins. we could hear others with an online order that were told him the same thing; 10-15 more minutes... We finally got our pizza, went home and it was aweful.
I our nearly 25 years of living in Highlands Ranch, Nicolo's has never let us down! Simply the best pizza in the area!
Fell well short of expectations. Have ordered take out once before and it was good. However, when I showed up tonight at the specified time, they hadn’t even put the pizza in the oven. 20 minutes later I was headed home. When I got home, the pizza didn’t have that much sauce and tasted very dry. If you live close it’s probably worth a try as maybe this is an off night, but I won’t be going out of my way again to come here.
Only deep-dish I've seen around here but the food prices are too high
Pizza wasn’t terrible. Minus one star since they charged 3.5 for toppings that were basically non existent (see photo). A couple of fresh tomato slices and maybe 10 minuscule pieces of burned basil. Couldn’t taste any of it at all. Minus another star since they never gave any option to replace provolone cheese with mozzarella on any of their pizzas. Had to order something we didn’t want since it was the only pizza that said it had mozzarella. $23 for this medium pizza (and we did carry out)
