Very terrible service. The lady taking the order was so rude, unprofessional and so impatient to take my order. Plus a food item was missing in my order. Also had missing food items, like how can you even forget a whole 10 nuggets????? ?

Now that most of the people who work at McDonald's make $20.00 per hour, the service and the smiles are few and far between. Also you always need to check your order most of the time it's wrong.
Cashier said my card on my online order was declined when I have the charge on my card for most of of the order and when I tried to simply ask why, the manager came and said "jeez lady chill out" when all I was doing was trying to speak loudly enough he could hear me as I was in the passenger seat of our car and there were a number of running vehicles behind us in line. He then said to stop asking him, that "they aren't responsible for my finances" (even though, they already successfully charged my card) he then began saying very rude things in Spanish I would not like to repeat on a public review. I'm assuming he thought I wouldn't know what he said. This is absolutely unacceptable and have contacted McDonald's corporate.I was charged for the order so I simply wanted to know why they said there was still an outstanding balance if I already paid via app and how my card could read declined when I literally just paid for the meal already.To top it off, I was using the 20% off purchase $5 or more app coupon and they promised I got the 20% off using the app coupon but got charged full price anyway.I get it's McDonald's but this is absolutely unacceptable.Looks like they took the 20% I was supposed to have discounted off andCharged me again for the same 20% which WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A DISCOUNT!!!
Sandy the manager is rude unprofessional and should not be in a position of importance. When coming to the drive thru at the Quebec street location, my order was misheard and therefore wrong. I went thru to have this corrected she told me to pull to the front lane and ignored me and never corrected my order or even apologized. She was very rude when I explained she had me park and never gave attention to a customer that goes here regularly and was polite about there mistake. Instead she shuned me and ignored the issue and was very rude and unprofessional. I will drive to the Holly street McDonald's even though it is further from my home for now on.
Stopped for lunch. You can only order through the electronic kiosks. Very frustrating and no one to help. I was able to finally get someone to complete our order. Will not be coming back.
This place never has a working ice cream machine. Also, the last three times I've gone they haven't given me sauce for my nuggets. Just go to another McDonald's.
Honestly I feel like the wage McDonald’s advertises is way higher than what they deserve. How do these people make 18 bucks an hour and are still rude, unfriendly as well as unprofessional while messing up my order consistently. It’s honestly laughable how my little sister can follow directions better than these paid *very well* employees.
Dont be lazy by not mixing oreo mcflurrys near closing time just because the employees doesnt wanna clean the mixer again, mcflurry should be mixed not a sundae with oreo powders just on top of it!
Very nice guy that took my order tonight! He was kind even though I think that it was only him and 1 other employee there. He took my order then made my food I believe. So hats off to you for being kind like that even when there's only 2 of you. I wish I would have caught your name. It was around 11 pm 4/18/22. He was the shift manager I'm sure just because I recognize the shirt because I was a shift manager at McDonald's as well for 2 years. So I know how hard it can all be! I appreciate you and your hard work! No complaints on the food the fries were fresh and the burger was good as well! Hope you find this!
