I have never had Mad Greens before, but I enjoyed a great Southwest bowl. Nathan was an excellent employee and really made my experience better!
The food is perfect every time, I’ve been eating here for years and I’m always happy with my experience- I came in tonight and the evening staff was exceptionally awesome love love love coming here, thanks!
Ingredients were not fresh, Everything was out. They overly dressed the salad. Not satisfied. I had to go home and add more Romain. My salad was drenched in dressing.
My first time trying Mad greens and I have to say, it was amazing!!!! Not only the food, but the service was on point! We went in for lunch and the lady in front of us had a huge order. The manager and staff knocked it out, thanked us for our patience, we’re super friendly the whole time and completely took care of us and everyone else behind us. It’s great to see service like this, especially when our lunch only consists of a half an hour. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants fast, friendly service along with great food. Keep up the awesome work staff! You ladies rock!!!!
I forgot to get the gentleman’s name who assisted me this afternoon around 12:45pm but I have celiac disease and I had already ordered a take out order. I shouldn’t have assumed the candied pecans on the salad were gluten free. I went back in to double check everything and he remade me a new salad after seeing which one I ordered and added some almonds on it instead! This was totally my fault too, so I was thankful for his kindness and willingness to make sure I wouldn’t get sick!
I am willing to change my review once someone from management calls me back. I order from Mad Greens about 2-3 times a week and this location lately has been getting my orders wrong. They don't send the dressing, they forget to add items to the orders and more. The biggest problem is that they NEVER answer the phone so that I can ask for a refund or correction of my order.Tonight I ordered on Uber Eats and one of my items a wrap was missing the bacon and THE DRESSING. How does a SALAD place forget to give you the DRESSING?Another big complain that I have is that I'm constantly adding on UBER EATS for them to please toss the salad or the insides of the WRAP in the dressing but they somehow always find a need to send me the dressing on the side when it is not what I have requested.Here I am sitting with a salad with missing ingredients and a wrap with no bacon or dressing and I can't even get a hold of someone because it goes straight to "sorry there are no teammates available".

A delicious and healthy alternative to the other shops in the area, MAD Greens offers great bowls and better wraps. It's priced like most health food stores, so a bit more expensive than McDonalds, but it's worth every calorie. Their juices are delicious too
Usually amazing. Tonight they put out new lettuce when we came in. It was obviously bad. The staff started picking out the worst pieces but it was all bad. I said something to the staff and he said “yep sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad.” When we got home all the salads were inedible. Unfortunate because they are usually great at this location.
The MAD Greens in Highlands Ranch, CO consistently does a great job! My order is always correct and the ingredients are fresh and high quality. On top of that, the staff is always so friendly. Great place to satisfy a salad craving!
