Today I went and got a pizza and this kid after I paid insisted I did not pay him the full amount when I paid in dollar coins with 58 cents as well. When he gave me my food he told me I did not pay the correct amount when I told him they were dollar coins he said oh and then he could not count the change back so people he does not know how to do math the Mohawk kid I had to leave my change there because he could not count

Okay this pizza gets lots of hate but in my opinion, its Great pizza and made to order in less than 10 minutes.
The staff here is great. The biggest problem are the customers who think pizzas magically appear and do not have to wait to be baked. I highly advise using the app and ordering ahead because it's going to take 15 minutes to bake a pizza. I am so impressed at the staff tolerance to deal with the techno illiterates who cannot figure out how to use the website or mobile app to order ahead. Every time I've ever ordered here the staff and the pizza have been great. The problem always has been the customers who have no patience because they screwed up their orders and demand irrational reparations.
This location is run so well. We have gone to this location since they opened and by far, the Manager Omar knows how to run it the best. He is always smiling and if he was having a rough day, you would never know it because it doesn't show. It's always clean! Omar makes the difference at this location!
I went in to the store to order a pizza. There was no one at the counter at 1st tha girl came around and she looked so miserable and unhappy like she hated her job. I'm almost turned around and left but Decided give it a chance and order pizza, I ordered A pepperoni and mushroom pizza Pretty simple right. When I went to pick up my pizza I opened it up and they had just dumped the the ingredients on the pizza the mushrooms were in a small clump in the center of the pizza. Very Disappointed.
This Little Caesar's has made mistakes on multiple delivery orders for me. In one case, they gave me a regular pizza instead of stuffed crust- so I paid double for what I actually got. I called the store to request a replacement/refund and they said they would send me a coupon for a free pizza but they never did. In another case, the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza was falling apart in some areas and all scrunched up in others. Corporate also has issues- they won't let you cancel an order once placed online, even if the pizza is still over 24 hours from being made. Too many bad experiences.
This location lies about pricing. I ordered the Batman calzone pizza and the price above the counter is $7.99. When they rang it up it was $10, when I asked why the price difference the kid at the counter said that that was the price in the computer. When I said that they should honor the signage he went and got what I assumed was the manager. The manager said that that is the price that corporate has them selling the pizzas at but because that this location is a franchise they can charge whatever they want. I said again that they should honor the price on the sign and the manager said well that’s not how we do business. We need to make a profit so we charge for more. When I said then why do you have the sign up that says a different price he replied that corporate says that they have to have the sign up but they do not have to honor the price they can charge whatever they want and then disappeared to the back never to be seen again. This location are liars and thieves. I understand that it’s only a two dollar difference but that is per pizza how many times do people not even notice that the price is different and just pay and walk out this location has I assumed stolen thousands of dollars from the community through deceit. Also the pizza look like it had been dropped.
Didn't know it was possible to make terrible pizza and bread sticks but they succeeded. Crazy bread was literally still just dough and pizza was so awful I couldn't even finish an entire piece!
Couldnt even get my food because they have people working here that don't even know how to ring up a pizza... definitely should hire smarter employees!!
