Good food, great service and plenty of parking close by. Walk off the calories at the park close by and let the kids splash around in the splash pad. Good fun.

Can’t comment on their food as we never got to try any, which is a shame as my husband and I were pretty excited given the good reviews.The host told us to seat ourselves in the patio and a waitress would bring our menus and see us out there. We sat and waited about 10 minutes before a waitress brought waters and asked if we were just drinking. We said no we planned on getting dinner too, to which she replied “did the host give you menus?” While staring at a completely bare table… We told her no, he had told us we get them from you. She stared at us very confused and stammered about “I guess I’ll get your menus” and left. Another ten minutes went by and someone completely different dropped off menus. By this time we’d been there 20 minutes and hasn’t even had drink orders taken, and looked around to see other tables not fairing much better so we just left. I normally understand when restaurants are understaffed or overly busy, and this restaurant looked to be neither.Shame really.

We were able to sit at the roof top bar during sunset to have dinner. Service was a little under staffed but it was clear that our bartender and waitress were very much doing their best. The food was incredible. We ordered the pretzel sticks, weekend special (prime rib), top sirloin salad, and carrot cake. Everything was delicious. We will certainly be back for the wonderful service, food, and experience. Though it was a little more expensive than other tavern-style places, Lansdowne Arms was worth it!
This is such a fantastic place. The food is always great. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is what gives this place its pizzazz. I absolutely love sitting in the library room.
