Very disappointing. First off the employees were not happy to be there. They all seemed very upset and entitled, without any reason.They told me that they don't have ANY of the additional toppings that I normally get at every other jimmy John's.The sandwich that I got had no mayonnaise on it or oil, it was totally dry, even after I had made sure that it came with mayonnaise and oil.I've had several poor experiences at this location.I would say don't expect the normally Jimmy John's experience when coming to this location. Expect entilted teenagers that don't have any motivation for what they do.Cylee sure seemed like she would rather be anywhere else rather than working here.

This is the slowest JJ ever. 1 hr 42 min. More like freaky slow. I’ll be changing my store going forward. I went to the website as instructed below and heard absolutely nothing back. Wish I could order from a different store. This one won’t be here long anyway.

Order arrived in a box with the fountain drinks on top of the sandwiches, fallen over. Everything was soaked with coke, to include the sandwiches. Called to see what could be done and was told to call back the next day. I'll be calling tomorrow for a full refund or I'll be disputing the charge and they can eat the fee. This location has sucked for the last two years, this is the last time I order from them.

The lady who takes your order, doesn’t even let you finish before she is trying to help the customer behind you.They place the delivery orders on top of the trash bin.I have also seen one of the sandwich makers take an order, with cash, then go start making a sandwich without washing their hands.I love Jimmy John’s, but this location is awful!

LMAO the most laughable location I think I've ever been to. They don't have the slightest clue what they're doing, to put it lightly. Absolute joke. Ownership needs to step in ASAP because today's experience was downright comedic. Quite honestly 95% of the staff on hand today looked untrained, inexperienced, and clueless. The epitome of 'warm bodies', not trained employees. Would *never* recommend, and will never come back. 30 minutes later for an online order? Freaky slow ? all to get the sandwiches wrong in the end. Do yourself a favor, and avoid like the plague ?

Don't try and call this location the number apparently doesn't work, especially if your food is over an hour late. Talk about freaky fast delivery. Never ordering from here again, at least not delivery

I have ordered frequently, the location is close to my home and office. But I'm so frustrated, I will probably quit ordering, at least from this location. They can't seem to get it together. Today I received the wrong sandwich, AGAIN. Third time in the last two months. Last week they had to cancel my order because their driver didn't show up... I consistently order extra lettuce, because I like it, and it still has hardly any. The last order even included the wrong drink and chips...really?!? But today I received the most awful sandwich, beef with pickles and cucumbers...yuck. My receipt says Lil John #2, extra lettuce, add cheese...not what I got. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to have good management and make sandwiches, apparently, I'm wrong.

This location is horrible.With one recent order, after waiting an hour+ for delivery, I called and was told they were short drivers. So I went to the store to pickup my food. I asked for a credit for the tip and delivery fee since I didn't receive that service and was told they didn't know how to do that. They were busy and visibly stressed, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and politely went on my way. Things happen, I can understand that.Then I gave them another chance with a delivery order a couple weeks later. This time, I called them after waiting 1 hour 40 mins for my order. I told the gal at the store I'd like to cancel my order because it'd been close to 2 hours at which point she started acting like we had a bad connection saying "hello, hello?" and hung up on me. I tired to call back only to be put on hold and while I was on hold my food showed up. They should forfeit the delivery fees if it takes them 2 hours. That was a week ago. I submitted feedback via their website, but haven't received any response. Terrible service deserves some sort of response from the store. But nope, they don't care.As I write this now, someone in my office has been waiting an hour for their delivery from this store. Freaky Fast no more. This JJ is literally the worst. It always takes forever for the food to be delivered. Today we ordered 4 sandwiches. One of them was correct. One of the sandwiches (#16 - Turkey and bacon) had no bacon. Not one piece. I went back into the store, explained the situation. The young woman who I assume was the manager on duty remade the three incorrect sandwiches. Got them home and one still was wrong. It had cheese on it and wasn’t supposed to because of a dairy allergy. We got one drink, a Diet Coke. Even that wasn’t right. It was regular. While I was waiting for my sandwiches to be corrected, someone else who ordered in store was waiting for a remake as well.Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they remedied the situation and were polite about it.
