The employees are fantastic, but the owner, Alex, steals from them and alters their hours on payroll. I used to work for this store and he only ever mistreated us.

You order Jimmy John's because of it arriving fast. It's been over an hour and my food still hasn't showed up even though the tracker says it left the store 40 minutes ago. I suggest you order somewhere else if you are hungry
Ordered last minute before closing tonight and got it within 5-10 minutes or so, despite the order being one that should have been canceled, they made it and delivered it to me and my incompetent late ordering self, I give them the utmost respect for this and wanna personally thank them for making my night, I will be ordering from here for the rest of my time in delivery distance, whoever delivered this to me I wish I had more money to tip you, seriously thank you.

This particular Jimmy John's location is anything but "Freaky Fast". Accuracy in your order? Ha forget it! After numerous disappointing visits here, waiting over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches ordered on the app ahead of time, never receiving the right order and extremely rude customer service, I will never be returning to this location. The manager and employees of this location need a serious attitude adjustment. Avoid this Jimmy John's at all costs if you don't want to put a damper on your day.
