Completely unprofessional staff. They were more concerned about huddling up to prove a customer wrong on his catering order as opposed to just helping/greeting the other 8 customers that were waiting in line. The girl at the counter literally told me that tips don’t matter to her when I told her that her attitude wasn’t doing her any favors. Probably explains your recent reviews and the fact that the tip jar was completely empty.I’d literally rather make a sandwich at home with somewhat expired ingredients then have to experience what I just did and then I had to pay $20 for two very small sandwiches on top of it.No thanks!this place needs a serious management overhaul. In a failing economy, providing a good product and service are vital and y’all are missing the mark on both.
Mike's Famous Philly deserves the name. Traditional Philly with great flavors and balance.

I came in on 10-18-21 at 1:20pm and it was busy. The three employees behind the counter were so nice and quick. I will come back the sandwich was great.

Hey Mike. Ordered a Tuna sandwich just now can't seem to find TUNA on the sandwich called store they said can't do anything .
I really like Jersey Mike's food the only problem is the people that they have working there tend to be young people and they don't get your order correct they end up forgetting things and then you have to go back. Every time I've gone here they've messed something up they've never gotten my order correct the first time
