Seemes to be short staffed; reasonable service time. Was still able to get my usual, and modify menu items. To the staff here, THANK YOU!
Bought 3 drinks for over $25.00 and they were all terrible. Very runny, no flavor and barely cold! Not the thick, icy smoothies that I am used to from Jamba Juice. Very disappointed and will not go back to this location.
I don’t know why I keep trying. Jamba was my favorite 10-15 years ago. This location is just hanging on by a thread. I have not had a pleasant experience here in a long time. Drinks are never made right. Employees seem to not really care and to be honest and I hate to say it but… I feel that they are a bit unkept and the store is gross itself. Just overall not a good experience.
beautiful store and great employees ?
Yummy ? I had the Mango-go-go
i really like the people that work there and i think they're friendly, but every time i get something from here its not filled to the top or tastes different ?
I came in a few days ago and ordered a large smoothie. I didn’t know what I wanted and the young girl who was running the front named “Danielle” offered some great recommendations. I ended up going with “the peanut butter mood” and it was so so good. Danielle was super nice and helpful and the store was pretty clean! I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a cooling refreshment on a hot summers day!
My smoothie tasted like nothing and was super watery. I’m honesty not very picky and never return things but this was truly so terrible I was going to toss it. A little embarrassed I returned and kindly asked if I could have another one. The girl working said it’s supposed to taste like that and would charge me the full price to make a new one. What kind of business treats their customers like that?? Is $7 for a giant company really worth losing a customer and getting a terrible review?
Mask mandate equals loss of customer! I’ve been a fervent believer in wearing masks throughout the pandemic. Even in this county that sometimes seems to be Wacca do conservative. But at this point mask mandates are not recommended by the federal government, the state government, or the local government that this store is in. So this store has lost my service forever. There is another smoothie place across the street it is actually better and way cleaner than this place ever was. I will go out of my way to go there from now on. Whoever runs this franchise should have their license revoked. The place is always dirty on the inside and it gives Jamba juice a bad name.
In a state that lifted the mask mandate, in a county that is against mask mandates, in a city that has not supported it, this location takes it upon themselves to force masks on customers whether or not it is no longer the law, regardless of whether or not people are vaccinated. Today I watched a horrible display of the manager treat a customer terribly for not wearing a mask. The customer was very upset and had an obvious disability preventing them from wearing a mask but the manager did not seem to care. Service was denied and before I could even begin my order for our family we all left. I’ll never return to this location after the horrible display I saw. I hope the customer who was treated so poorly files a complaint with the county and state and a bad review as well. I was shocked; private company or not this is going too far.
