Worst Ihop around. Didnt get everything I ordered. Also for a place thats known for their pancakes they were dry and very crumbly. Terrible experience!

Standard I Hop food. Service was pretty good. Had to ask a couple of times for butter. Everyone was pleasant and kind

The Family Feast deals are great to get breakfast for a group and not break the bank. They were even nice enough to grab me a cup of country gravy when I picked up my order and told me it was on the house. Super friendly, quick, inexpensive, and still quite tasty. These guys have become my breakfast group go-to!

Drove from castle rock to eat here. My daughter and I got our food maybe ate half. She needed to use the restroom took her came back food was gone they cleaned it up. Server offered to make more food but I was on time crunch. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

The worst service I have ever experienced! We waited 45 min just for drinks. I had to ask another server just to get a coffee. The waitress never came back to check on us or tried to help in anyway. The people behind us waited an hour and still no food. Several other people came and got food before us. We ended up just leaving and giving up! No breakfast for us today :(

Our server was decent, most of the food was fresh or corrected after we made mention and the place was pretty clean. It took a long while to get service even though they weren’t busy. We were still very understanding and tipped well I like that this location has a coffee bar.

Went this morning. No one came to even offer water. When we left the manager in green shirt saw us leaving, but did not even bothered to stop us. We spent lots of money in this place in the past. No more. They don’t care about their revenue.

We went in at about 9am. The heater was not working. It's was freezing inside. Once we got our meal I noticed that our water smelled foul. I have worked with ice machines in the past and new what the smell was. Not the water but the ice smelled very strong of mildew. Just like wet close that have been sitting for a long time. When we got the check we told the waitress, she smelled the ice and said yes it does. She then walked to the waitress station and grabbed her purse and coat and just left. She did not tell anyone. I will not be back to that restaurant. And we both took big drinks for our glass. It was gross and nothing done about it.

Very good service server was great and the establishment was very clean. We went early for lunch to avoid the rush and we were set away from other people which was great. Only one thing I didn’t care for was the noise their little coffee shop machine made on occasion.

Food was great but the indifference toward masking and the reality of COVID protocol was shocking. NO employees masked. You'd have thought we were in the deep South...I guess Douglas county is in its own way.
