Quality has definitely gone downhill over the years. Burgers were just okay, fries were meh. I remember being blown away by how good this place was when I first tried it 5-6 years ago, but this last go-around really didn't stand out to me at all.
Gotta love those hand breaded every morning chicken tenders and the wild sauce to dip, delicious! Tried the orange dream shake for the first time as i usually go Oregon blackberry and was not disappointed.
Foods great, service is pretty good, prices are just right and it’s never busy. They deserve more business even if it ruins my little secret lunch spot.
I don't know why somebody felt like the "manager" in there today deserves to be in a position of authority let alone someone who's employed and the customer service industryAfter leaving this review I was contacted by somebody from Good times asking me for details, I sent them the following email it's been 3 days and I have not heard a response,The nuts and bolts of it are, if you're ordering through doordash good times does not think of you as a real customer. When picking up an order I was told that I needed to wait because she had real customers she had to take care of first.
The people don’t wear gloves and there are ants on multiple tables… this place needs to be shut down by the health department. I feel like whenever I come by I’m gonna get the first case of COVID-20 because of the lack of cleanliness. It’s vile and disgusting I don’t understand how this place is still in business???
REVISED!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!10 MINUTES AFTER EATING OUR WRONG ORDER, MY WIFE AND I ARE FIGHTING FOR THE BATHROOM!Double check your orders! This is the second time I've received burgers that i did not order. Ordered a West Coast burger, and a big daddy double, got aguac burger and a regular cheese burger. Highly disappointed in this location. Server at window was short, and looked like he'd rather be getting stoned than working.
Good burgers for drive through food and I like their chocolate malts, although a bit pricey.
DO.NOT.EAT.HERE.This place has gone down hill & I only eat here when I’m in a rush because the lines are short. Well, lines are short for a reason. And should’ve listened to my gut and not eat here. Inside of this restaurant has been disgusting so just imagine the kitchen!! Order a chicken sandwich meal and thankfully during the first bite I noticed a black speck on my sandwich… it was a BUG! In my food! They just have a disregard for cleanliness & sanitation! Corporate is “working” on a refund.
Waited in line for well over 20 minutes. Ordered a blended shake and a burger meal. Get to the window and the woman argues with me that I didn’t order the blended Oreo shake. Sorry if the guy taking the order was too high to input it, but that’s what I ordered. So I ask her if she could please make it for me and I’d pay for it now. She looked horrified I’d even ask for that and said how there was ‘such a long line’ (I know, I just waited in it) and there was no way she could do that. Uhm… there was 2 cars behind me and how long does it take to make a blended shake? 1 minute or less? I also didn’t get the sauce on the side like I asked for the burger. The fries were undercooked. Overall it was a bad first experience and I’d rather go across the street to Chic Fil A for much better service, food, quickness, and friendliness.
Ever since it took place of Burger King I have fallen in love with it! Bambino’s are always delicious, staff here has been super friendly. It has stayed consistent for the past several years.
