I’ve never been to a Freddy’s in general. I went through the drive-thru and the line moved fast enough, however the soda was short about an inch from the top, the cup full of ice when I asked for easy ice, and they added onions to my chili cheese fries when I asked for none, and for a texture eater like myself, onions entirely ruin a meal :( thank you for at least being nice
Unique burger for sure, but delicious! Fry sauce was great, cheese curds were ok and the concrete turtle was awesome!
I feel a one star is too nice... Writing this review as I'm after sitting in their drive through for 30 minutes, and still not at the front. No idea what's taking so long. They should ask people to pull into a parking space if their food is taking too long but they do not. Just keep everyone waiting. So Freddy's is food, NOT fast food. Absolutely ridiculous. Never returning here and suggest others refrain as well.
I can tell the management at this freddy’s is out of line, the manager does not seem ??to manage very well. very slow customer service - UNacceptable! I would NOT recommend going there ??, because it would be bad? to support this unfair and ? management. unrelated note: I got a rash ? the day after going there - wonder if I contracted it from the moldy ice in my drink??? ?????? there was this short person working there tonight - i could hear her screaming unfairly at her coworkers! Highlands Ranch Freddy's is the absolute worst. Doesnt matter if they are super busy or completely dead, they constantly mess up and forget basic fast food orders. I have a stack of compliment meals because literally every single time I go here it's screwed up. I get your in high school and only show up because you have too but come on and have some work ethic and integrity in what you are paid to do.
Absolutely amazing food and mostly consistent, that's the only reason why it gets 1 star. The service is absolutely God awful. Every time I go there's always a problem, either I'm charged too much or charged for the wrong items, or I just don't get the correct food overall. For heavens sake one of the idiotic servers forgot to give me my card back before I drove off!!! And it takes at least 15 minutes to get one item from the drive through. Plus the energy is just dead and nobody is happy to be there
A very generous three star rating here. Giving three stars because I know how difficult it is to find, train, and retain employees. The restaurant looked like a TJ Max/Ross toys section, i.e., half of the product on the shelf and half on the floor. (Actually more like Last Chance in Phoenix if you know what I mean?(The store where Nordstrom Rack goods go to die)). Every table needed to be wiped, none were. The beverage area was not stocked with napkins/straws and was filthy— I opened the storage cabinet below the beverage counter and helped myself to some napkins. I used the napkins to partially clean the least soiled table and took a seat. The floor was blanketed in fries and trash. The staff was in a frenzy over a leaking chocolate custard unit. The food took nearly 30 minutes – – I generally like to take my time and relax so I did not mind - but if I were in a hurry, the delay would have been an issue. The fries were cold. I ordered my burger lettuce wrapped and learned that there was no lettuce available when they handed me my food— no big deal, I just pulled the bun off and got my fingers dirty.I don’t like to leave reviews but have made an exception here. Would like the franchise owner to understand the state of his/her business this afternoon.Freddys could learn a lot from shadowing an In-N-Out restaurant from an efficiency and cleanliness perspective.
Very poor. Staff makes you feel NOT welcome, dirty, bags on the floor, tables are so dirty, fries on the floor under most of the tables, unfortunately very bad experience
$16 bowl of chili is half a cup???Meat paper thin, grpund patty???No one restraunt, call ypur # so 5 employees stand and watch ya walk up to counter.??
very yummy food, made with the finest precision. though, my oreo shake was very late thanks to an employee with unreasonably curly hair and Harry Potter glasses.
