Got their one vegetarian option and it was surprisingly good! Flavors mixed well and I also liked their firehouse sauce on it. More pricey than subway but I'd say it's better quality
Horrible customer service! Trash overflowing the trash can in the front of the store with trash all over the entry. Our sandwiches sat on the counter without any notification that they were ready. Staff acted like they were doing ua a favor to prepare the food with a hefty $27 charge for two sandwiches. What a disappointment for a franchise that is trying to make a difference. We will not be visiting this location in the future. Highlands Ranch Firehouse Fail!
I've been visiting this location several times a week for about a month now. I find the staff to be friendly and personable. The prices are higher, but I don't mind paying for higher quality. I haven't had a sandwich that I didn't enjoy. Keep up the excellent work; I'll keep coming back!
Honestly starting to think that the night crew just does what they can to limit themselves from making food. I've been there twice and been denied food twice. Both times were at least an hour away from closing time. First time, they said they couldn't toast any subs because they were cleaning the oven. Second time, they said the credit card machine was down. Both these things limit the amount of orders that they'll get. Both times the open sign was not illuminated. Could all be a coincidence but not likely.
Shorted me a cookie from my order, after I gave them a too-big tip. Won't go back.
Staff there are a bunch of teenagers who are extremely unprofessional. I called to place an order and all of the sudden there's a worker near the phone who starts yelling and then I hear swearing. I hung up. Not worth it.
There is a lady with tattoos all over her neck and she is greeting customers with do you know what your having. Followed by “will you tell me” with such an attitude. She is treating the employees awfully and no one looks happy to be here. Just sad. Do better firehouse!
This location is absolutely terrible. They are understaffed so it takes forever and the staff they do have working don’t even know how to make the sandwiches. I was just there and they were confusing the Steamer and the Smokehouse Brisket. I definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.
Ordered from Grubhub. Horrible. Meatballs tasteless; roll was like white bread with a crust; sauce was burnt. Never again!
