Ordered a pizza on their app at 6:32 and when I went to pick it up at 6:50 they were not only not done with it, but told me that it was only a few minutes from being finished. 5 Minutes later they reported that actually, they hadn't even started it. Hope they're getting less than minimum wage over there.

I ordered two sandwiches and 4 pizzas tonight. I am dumbfounded, seriously speechless at the way I received one of the sandwiches. It was basically dry bread and a very small amount of veggies thrown on top. Half of the veggies it did have were off the sandwich. There was NO cheese, no tomato, no onion, a few pieces of feta, two pieces of spinach and mostly banana peppers. I had to toss it because I didn’t want toasted bread for dinner tonight. I have ordered this from other stores before and it was delicious, I am not sure how someone looked at this and thought it was good to give to a customer. The pictures actually make it look better than it did in person. Not sure how the cheese and most of the ingredients were left off?
Long wait times without any notice. Waited an hour and a half for a medium pizza. I get it, you are understaffed and busy but just let people know it’s gonna be almost a 2 hour wait. Poor communication.
Very nice and clean store employees are very very helpful. There are shops next-door while you’re waiting for your pizza.
Claim for a 22 minute delivery. 1 hour later was told to wait another hour. Asked for a manager and got my phone blocked. Had to call from another phone to get a manager and confirm the 2 hour "fast food" timing.The alleged manager confirmed the 2 hour wait for the pizzas. Not entirely sure we actually got a manager, and the guy that answered, "Hello" didn't just put down his hint before answering a 3rd time, "This is Domino's."
Just a terrible place to order from. Worst branch they have. They will continuously forget items you've order (and won't say anything about it if you don't.), have and will deliver to the wrong address. Placed an order once at 6:05pm called the store at 7:10 to see where it was and got told it would be another 45 to 50 minutes. So if you go here expect bad service missing food, rolled or folded pizza from poor box handling and for it to be extra late and cold. I would recommend going probably anywhere other than this store.
They don't accept 50 doller bills. This is legal tender. Are they communists. Do they not trust Americans . I will protest Dominos pizza for this reason . i don't pass fake bills and i don't believe in there compamy policy. This was not shown on there website.
Placed an order for 2 simple pizzas. The famous Dominos order tracker said 1 hour. I showed up at the the store to pick up the pizza only to be told by the staff the pizza tracker is always wrong and it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. 2 hours for a pizza. No thanks we are done with Dominos. Much better options out there even when you are just looking for a simple and quick option.
It’s been 2 hours to get these horrible things. So disappointed.
Don’t order here unless you love to wait 3 hours for your pizza just get through the “prep and balding” process. Love Dominos and it’s unfortunate the other stores are to far away to deliver to my house.
