My friend sent me Crumbl for my birthday. I’ve never had the pleasure of trying these cookies until now. Beyond delicious!
Went in and came out a happy man with a cookie. The staff is professional, prompt, and always courteous. It's either working with the sugary goodness or just a company that takes care of their employees that I see continuous and consistent quality service. Keep the cookies coming, Crumbl. You get an A+ with 5 smile stickers from me.
We catered Crumbl for our wedding and they were amazing! We had a large order, but they were ready right on time and packaged up perfectly. Plus they were delicious!
The only reason this is a five star rating is because of that kid Adam you have working there. He's like a river running around a bunch of rocks, the only one in that place with any kind of a sense of urgency and Pepin is step give that kid a raise!
I placed an order hours earlier to ensure the the cookies would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately upon arrival I was not acknowledged or even spoken to for 10 minutes. Neither had the girl standing next to me who was there prior to my arrival. With 7 employees working, (that I could physically see) non were tasked with the job of greeting those for pickup. Even the employee at the register, who had no one in line, didn't turn his head to the right to acknowledge the line of individuals forming behind me. Eventually another person called out an order name who had purchased while in the in the store prior to my arrival. I literally had to flag him and direct him to my order and the girl who had been waiting prior me who he skipped completely. Unfortunately the girl who was helping in this position as I entered walked away as well without a word to any customers. For an establishment that is charging a substantial premium on a cookie I expect to have customer service be a large part of my purchase. Also please inform your staff to follow the corrections that were called in post order and texting on your phone while wearing gloves defeated the purpose of wearing the gloves.
Literally have to order 50 cookies to make it a “catering order” - my order was for 48 and I wanted to pickup on a Thursday but the app was only allowing up till Wednesday - the rep “Colt” said “you can just try to come in on Thursday and we should have enough cookies.” - should?!
Placed my order the previous day, For pick up at 4 pm . I was on a tight schedule with time restraints. crumble was sold out of my cookies that I ordered the night before and requested that I wait 20 minutes? Then offered the other choices of cookies available unfortunately since it was a pre-order people pre-selected what they want and I couldn’t just change it. For $40 for a box of 12 cookies you figure they will get it right. Not real happy about it. One would think that crumble would fill the prepaid orders before they sell out to walk ins and expect to just change for what they have in house ! unfortunately didn’t work out this time, next time I’ll think twice about the dependability and go somewhere else .
Amazing! Sooo delicious! What a treat! From the Nutella/Hazelnut cookie to the traditional chocolate chip, you cannot go wrong. YUM.
This was my first visit to Crumbl. It was around 10:30 am. No waiting. The young man waiting on me was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was excited to try these as my coworkers raved about them. I tried a 4 pack. Hazelnut and Snickerdoodle. The flavor was good but the middle of the cookie was quite raw. Perhaps a bit more time in the oven and they would be perfect
