The staff is always friendly. Today the woman who made my ice cream forgot an ingredient to my signature creation but it's not a big deal. I think the air conditioner was broken and she was working alone so she was probably exhausted. Coldstone is ridiculously overpriced but that's not this locations fault. It's the company's fault.

there was this really attractive person that works here and they have a septum. they made me really nervous. and the ice cream is really good so that’s a plus:)
Had my order delivered by DoorDash.DoorDash was awesome. The order was allwrong. Called the store about the completelywrong order and the guy that answered wasrude and told me sorry we were busy. Basicallynot his fault. I ordered 6 toppings and thepicture shows there is absolutely none. Wewere missing most of the order. So I paid $50for nothing. This was the third time I've hadissues with this store. I will never do businesshere again!
Love this place! They are always staffed, they always have ingredients, and they are always kind. This is a great place to get some of the best ice cream around. I have never had any issues when coming here. Even their prices are reasonable.
I visited the store recently with my kids and the customer service was TERRIBLE. $7 for an ice cream?!?! I don’t know what changed within the past few months but save yourself the pain and go somewhere else. Never coming back.
