Our ordered was prepared exactly as we asked and tasted great. We ate it all.
Absolutely disgusting. We came in a little before 5 pm and you’d think they would have fresh food ready for rush hour. The manager stood around hanging out and talking to employees. There were about 3 people kind of just standing around in the kitchen area. One person making burritos.The food don’t get me started. Everything was dried out. They scrapped together the last bit of carnitas for my meal. The steak has clearly been sitting there for a while.When the guy making burritos called back to get more ingredients everyone was lost in their conversation and didn’t help him restock what he needed.We’ve come to this location before and overall they need to be less lazy and do better.
It’s pretty sad you pay $5 per taco on an order of 3, tacos were cold and skimpy with the meat. There was like 10 employees standing around and I stil got bad food. Poor quality at a very high price
Chips were completely stale - like weeks old (chewy). Bowl was like 1/3 full from normal. Cold when served. Will never return.
I come in often. The food is inconsistent. Two weeks ago the food and portions were good. This week the kid is giving very small portions and not changing gloves if he also does the register. Then reaches into the cheese and Lettuce. Nasty. Cooks texting and playing on phones while making food and wearing gloves.
they closed down the kitchen AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING so i could not get anything. no cheese, no steak, hardly any rice.
Consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Never get orders correct (over the course of a year and about a dozen orders, I believe they’ve gotten 2 correct for our family). If you enjoy getting the wrong order from unmotivated deadbeat hippies, this is the place for you!All the service quality of a prison cafeteria
This place has a terrible rating and it shows that no one at this store or the corporation cares. Last week my step son went to eat there last week and had to be rushed to the ER because of cross contamination, which im sure non of the workers here have heard of. My steps son father continues to entrust his sons health and safety to tennagers who dont care. His name is Ryan Kim.
I’ve eaten at this chipotle numerous times, unfortunately the in person experience and Uber eats experience are very different.In person when I order extra chicken, I get extra chickenUber eats ive used 3 times and each time the portion I have received is a joke. It’s almost a half portion. It almost feels like they know you aren’t witnessing them create your order so they just provide less.Very dissapointing
My order was completely wrong and I went into the location. Thought id give it a break until I saw all the similar reviews. Asked for a cheese Chicken and beans quesadilla and said they cant do beans when they were right in front of me. Saw they were mushing my quesadilla into a ball of disgusting mashed up food and I informed it was suppose to be a quesadilla and they said yup. Got handed the quesadilla in a burrito bowl in a literal ball of food, wasn’t even sure how to eat and overall grossed out. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
