After a long day of traveling, my kids and I stopped here to grab a bite to eat. I received a coupon for a free kid’s meal that expired soon, so that really influenced my decision to choose Chili’s on this visit. After walking in, we were promptly greeted and seated. Sam was our server, and she was fantastic! She was very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Our food was delivered to the table quickly; everything was hot, fresh and delicious. If we ever find ourselves in Highlands Ranch again, we will definitely pop by.Highly recommended!
Haven't been to a Chili's for over a year. Selected steak fajitas. Steak was tender, peppers/onions cooked to perfection strawberry margarita was good. Glad I stopped in. Will be back.
Our meals were very good. My son and I had the two for $25 three-course meal and it was fantastic. We both had the steaks and they actually did a great job cooking them medium rare. Definitely will be coming back.
Used to love Chili's. The food at this location is fine, however, two visits in a row, we've had horrible service. This last visit, we actually walked out after waiting over an hour for our food. They forgot one of our drinks, then gave us the drink after we called it to attention, but the soda had no syrup in it, so it was just sparkling water we had to wait on another. Tables around us that arrived later than us got their food earlier, while we just waited. We complained several times and were told they only had two chefs.
When you 1st get there you notice right away it is different from regular Chili's. It is a stand alone building, but when you enter it is smaller version of a Chili's. The bar area is connected to the restaurant. Food was OK compared to other Chili's. The way teh doors are situated, every time some one came in you got a burst of freezing air and we were at least 5 tables from the doors. My Crispy Crispers were only partially covered. Fries were good and ample. The waitress said she was not allowed, due to company policy, take a credit cards and you had to use the table self check out like you can at Walmart. Then you have to get the waitress back and get a receipt. Even at a drive through they take credit cards. This really brings down that you are at a real restaurant. Becky did a good job with service.
Food was pretty good but the service was awful. He was not properly trained. We ate then stayed an extra hour having drinks and when we left our dirty dishes were still on the table.
We've been to alot of different chili's over the years. Some were bad. Some were great. This one really good. Food was delicious. Waitress was attentive. Restraunt appeared clean. I didn't use the restroom so I don't know how they were....but judging from the cleanliness of the rest of the restraunt I'd imagine they were clean. Would definitely return.
Once things got going I experienced friendly and competent customer service. Definitely worth the money if you love the taste of the fajitas. Loved it!
Great service and really good drinks! This new location (previous one across the street burned down) is a little smaller than the previously location but makes for a more cozy atmosphere.
Second time ordering take out.Asked for no pico and didn’t get Tortilla strips with two meals :/ chicken was oddly slimy for the first time. When ordering “Curbside”- expect to come inside to get your food anyway. Sad. Want my money back.
